I had an incredible experience at the Acadêmicos de Salgueiro event. The samba performance was outstanding, with the dancers and instrumentalists captivating the audience and creating a vibrant, carnival-like atmosphere. Their energy and passion made the night unforgettable. The beautiful venue, lively music, and joyful performances made it a truly unique cultural experience I’ll always cherish.

A truly brazilian Carnival experience. Forget about everything you know of Mardigras. This is real. This is cool. The deummers are something UNIQUE. Blue MAN grupo is nothing. Come over. Salgueiro you really deliver. Thanks!

This place should not be missed! Amazing way to experience the Brazilian carnival. Rehearsals usually happen on Saturday, from July to March. The entrance fee is between 30 and 55 reales. The action starts around 23h, so don’t arrive too early. You’ll see and hear a lot of samba! I live in Rio and have been to almost all top samba schools, and Salgueiro is definitely on of the best.

One the most knowledge Samba School. Beautiful place, full of space and energy. If you want to experience real samba it's a most to go place!!! Food and drinks available inside!!

Touristic place, not otentic as I thought that it will be. No costume of the carnival, mainly seems for touristic.
