Hello! We were late a few minutes because the pin that you provided us was not going in the same place where the experience was. The personnel was very rude to us and said there is nothing they can do. We said that we accept that the experience will be shorter but they did not want to take us at all. They said they do not have time to talk to us and told us to call the call center where you barely receive a reply. When we were leaving I saw one of the workers that hit a dog because the poor animal was barking too loud. He hit him and then he put him in a very small cage in van and closed him there. The dogs were very skinny and they were constantly yelling and crying. In the end I was happy I did not do the experience, as I felt it is very cruel to the animals.

It’s a fraud.. Our snowscooter trip got canceled due to bad weather. They promised us to refund the money because we weren’t able to reschedule. They still haven’t refunded our money (€1.500). We’ve called and emailed them many times and it has already been a full month of trying to get our money back.

The snow mobile package at night was amazing. It’s great for both adults and kids. The whole family enjoyed it a lot. We were 5 adults and 2 kids and it was the best evening adventure ever. I would highly recommend it to those who are up for an amazing fun evening. 🥰🥰🥰 Look for Ervi, he is an amazing motore mobile guide.

Booked a snowscooter trip with a group, which got canceled because of bad weather and was said to be refunded (€1.500). Still not received the funds after 5 weeks, 3 emails, 2 phone calls. It’s a fraud. We’ll be making it a legal case now.

We made two bookings, both of which were canceled at the last minute. It would have been much better if they had informed us earlier, allowing us to arrange an alternative activity in Courchevel.
