The hotel itself was clean and convenient the only issue I had was when we turned up at 11pm we entered our details into the automated machine and was told we had to pay an extra €150 on top of what we had already paid to love holidays. The women at first was trying to get us to pay but after asking to speak to a manager it was resolved, still wasn’t the way we wanted to start my partner’s dream holiday.

Relatively modern. Rooms aren't very large, like most hotels in Paris. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Prices aren't particularly high, but unfortunately breakfast is an extra cost (€9.50) and doesn't offer much choice. The reception is open until 9:00 PM, later you have to call through a sort of telephone. I recommend arriving before 9:00 PM just to have someone to talk to. There are no public transportation stops nearby. There's a shopping center with a supermarket nearby. We had a lot of problems with the access system to our room (the code didn't work), but the reception staff always helped us unlock the door. The rooms are quiet.

Overall is clean and it is close to the convention center which I prefer for the business trip. However, the actual room is nothing like the pictures on Trip.com. I would definitely book somewhere else next time I am in town for exhibition.

I stayed here from Japan to exhibit at Première Vision Paris. The staff went above and beyond—they safely stored my exhibition items beforehand, and when I arranged FedEx pickup after the event, they happily agreed to hold the packages and said they’d hand them directly to the driver. It was incredibly helpful! As someone who doesn’t speak French and has limited English, traveling alone from Japan made me anxious. But they assisted with everything, and I’m truly grateful. I’d definitely stay again for future exhibitions and recommend it to everyone!

I know B&B Hotels are always small Budget rooms. But i always thought there was a certain Standart. I stay in Hotels more than 100 Nights a year since more than 10 years. This was by far the worst and disrespectful experience i ever Had. I was given a room which Had a very strong moldy smell when i Just entered the door. The window-framing is covered with black mold, aswell AS the bathroom ceiling and the base of the wall. Even the floor was full of bumps to humidity Problems. There is absolutely Zero Ventilation or Air corculation in this rooms. The Air is just sitting. After a few minutes, I developed respiratory problems and decided to ask reception for a different room. I was lied to; they said there was nothing they could do, that there wasn't another room available. This was despite me mentioning my health issues and allergic reactions. Only after I threatened to inform management did they make a phone call and give me a new room at 1 a.m. I had to be at work at 7 a.m. The next time I called, the code for the front door suddenly stopped working. This happened around 11:30 PM. After waiting several minutes for a response via the intercom system, an employee finally answered. I explained that my code had suddenly stopped working, even though it had been working just 15 minutes earlier. The employee then asked for my room number and name. I provided both, and the employee offered to give me a new code for both the room and the front door. Before giving me the new code, he told me to ask why the old one wasn't working anymore. He asked me for the old code, and I told him it was 001991, which was very easy for me to remember since it's my birth year. The employee then said that this code would now work again. I asked again why it hadn't worked before, to which the employee replied that it had been working the whole time. This was definitely not the case, as I had, as I said, memorized the code very well and tried it five times. So, I was lied to again. All in

The room is clean but small with not comfortable bathroom. Breakfast quite basic, if you stay more than 1-2 days very boring. Big advantage is a big, free of charge parking.
