The campground is beautifully designed. The showers are a bit of a walk away, but they're very nice and well-maintained. I highly recommend it for cyclists.

Liked: Only booked about an hour before arriving on our drive from Calais to Switzerland. Nice welcome, lovely site, excellent shower facilities and nice with the river. Would use if in the area again

Liked: Super friendly staff, couldn’t be more accommodating! Bread and croissants 🥐 delivered to reception every morning. The site was clean and lovely. Gutted we only booked one night in the way to Italy. We would definitely come back! Disliked: Nothing

Fabulous site with warm and friendly hosts! Our pitch couldn't have been more perfect, right next to the River Moselle and most relaxing to hear the running water! Showering facilities were very clean and well serviced and the restaurant/bar area was really good. We ordered fresh pastries each morning and there were some lovely additional touches too, such as fresh eggs from their chickens, a book cupboard to donate/pick up books and what looked like great activities for children! |We walked into Charmes, however there didn't seem to be too much available here during our visit, in terms of eating places or activities. There were plenty of walks and cycle routes.|The site is situated around 30 minutes south east of Nancy but the city was easily accessible by train from the station, a 10 minute walk away. A duel return ticket to Nancy cost around 47E. |We loved the site and had a very pleasant stay so thank you! Would highly recommend!!

Liked: Lovely little site with friendly owners. Supermarket and local shops within walking distance. Facilities clean and plenty of hot water.

Liked: A lovely location for a campsite, close to the Moselle river and canal. The hosts were very welcoming, the site well set out, pretty flower beds and pots, well signposted with a children’s play area and the facilities near reception were clean throughout. We had a good sized pitch for our camper and awning, and thankfully some shade as it was scorching hot! The site also offered a daily bread delivery, a bar and a choice of evening set meals. Disliked: The second facility unit, although much closer to all pitches than the newer one by reception, was a bit run-down and only operational with two toilets and washing up facilities, no showers! Probably work in progress? We ordered an evening meal which was plentiful and tasty, but a bit off-putting as everything hot was microwaved in view behind the bar!

Liked: Great facilities, nice open site, bar and restaurant area really cool, lovely people! The grounds were well kept and had a good playground area for the children. Also liked the seating area for adults. Also, the proximity to the river was great! Disliked: Not the easiest to get to with a big van or big camper.
