45 min factory tour and outlet shop selling all L' Occitane products. Many special editions that are hard to find elsewhere.There was 30% off sale when I went and you could also buy tax free as a non EU resident with a minimum spend of €100. Loads of parking, very helpful staff Highly recommended.

We had a pleasant visit. The tour was OK, i learned some things. But maybe a bit too long. The guide was very nice. We had a hand massage and a skin diagnostic. Those were great! The boutique staff and service staff were great. The boutique and i think the tour space above the factory floor is all new or newly remodeled and it was quite lovely. all of it.

Disappointing Experience The visit was underwhelming, and frankly, not worth it. I suspected it wouldn’t be great, and unfortunately, I was right. It felt too polished, overly commercial, and lacked authentic insight into the brand's production. A letdown overall.

Beautiful store. Products were expensive though. Staffs were extremely bubbly and helpful. Had so much fun listening to them. If you wished to join the guided tour, do check the allocated time slots or book online. Not a big fan of L'Occitane, but if you were a fan of this product, then do not miss this one and only manufacturing factory!

I first visited the L’Occitane factory with my school 15 years ago, and I’ve been in love with their products ever since. This time, I returned with my family to share that special experience – and they enjoyed it just as much as I did back then. It remains one of my favorite highlights when visiting the Provence region.

We joined the tour and the tour guide called Sabrina. She was very nice and introduced the products very detailed . I think the tour is worth to join , it lets me know more about the brand history and product process.

A place worth visiting, especialy if you travel with you wife/girlfriend (a smart man will understand!). With wonderful bio products and store designed by an artist with incredible display cases, you end up buying something for sure! A must is the factory guided tour but do not forget to book you visit via e-mail. Also the outside garden is splendid! Ohm and that iconic LÒccitane bike outside bags for some cool shots! The parking lot nearby is quite large. Highly recommended!

Excellent visit ! Today our guide Colin was exceptional. The tour is very interesting to see the inside of the factory and the explanations about all the raw material used was clear and captivating ! Highly recommend this tour and the visit of the shop.
