LE PATIO DES HAUTS DE CHAZAL

Outstanding meal on a warm early summer evening on the beautiful patio. Sublime dishes and astonishingly good value. Lots of British guests, I have the impression they have many repeat visitors.

Lovely dinner here again, we’ve been coming here for at least 8 years and the standard has remained consistently high. Modern cooking , executed well, everything always tastes better than the description on the menu and dinner is always a delight. The family who own and run the restaurant are friendly and service is superb, we always think we should have more than one meal here each time we are in Montreuil

We chose to stay here after being unsuccessful last summer and were not disappointed. Our room was number 31 which was surprisingly very spacious for the two of us! It is really 2 rooms with 2 double beds. The room overlooks the street which could be a problem for some people as the passing traffic does sound quite loud. However we had a comfortable night's stay and excellent sleep. It was our wedding anniversary and we had booked a table in the restaurant in advance. The meal was lovely. We had the 3 course set menu with wine and an aperitif for under €100. Parking outside was easy as it was a Saturday night.

Another amazing meal at Le Patio. The food is of a high standard and never disappoints. Anne and Oliver run a wonderful restaurant. Be sure to eat there when visiting Montrieul sur Mer.

We love this hotel. We have stayed numerous times.... this time was a surprise as it has had a re-vamp and it has upgraded its bedrooms, and the dining room/breakfast room has changed. It is still the same wonderful, friendly place. The real France. Not a corporate chain, charming, family run and very clean. The restaurant was busy with both residents and locals. The dinner was delicious and the menu varied and imaginative. We can't wait to visit again. Thank you!

We went there last night. We had miellefeuille with shrimps and pate for starters. Mains were sea bass and a very nice oriental take on chicken supreme. The house wine is not expensive but good. Service was efficient and friendly. We are going again on Saturday night. Highly recommended.|

Celebrating a 60th birthday & after reading reviews on Le Patio decided it fitted the bill.||There was a party of 17 of us and booking in advance ensured we were able to secure accommodation||We were not disappointed, from the very offset we could not have been treated with more obliging staff most eager to please.||The rooms varied in size both old and new, but all were clean and well facilitated||We paid a small supplement and were allocated room 31 which boasted a large jacuzzi bath and 2 large double beds||There is a restaurant, bar and a beautiful courtyard. The restaurant needs to be booked well in advance as it is very popular with the locals.||The breakfast is good value for money & includes smoked salmon, cold meats ,eggs. and beverages - at 9 euros it is a good deal.||Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely visit again.|| .

I can now add Le patio onto my list of finest dining experiences. Before it was A Traversa on Lisbon but The Patio is also superb. Not only the food but the staff who were highly trained and friendly left you in peace to enjoy your meal. In 25 years being in and around France Le Patio is at the top.
