This is simply amazing, the food, the service. It totally deserves a Michelin star.

The restaurant was excellent in every way. We had the 5-course tasting menu. The food was of high quality and the presentation was perfect.

This family-owned, family-run restaurant was the highlight of our culinary experience during our 10-day trip along the French and Italian Rivieras. We enjoyed a five-course meal, and every dish was executed to perfection. The variety of sauces in the appetizers stood out, and the pigeon dish was especially memorable—beautifully prepared and full of flavor. We also loved the ambiance, from the thoughtful design to the music, and the service was warm and attentive throughout. Bravo! We would happily return!

Creative cuisine, deep flavours and a signature full of personality. L’Ambroisy in Vence is one of those places that you do not simply visit — you truly experience it. From the moment you walk in, you sense the special atmosphere of this charming restaurant: a blend of Provençal ease, personal warmth and a culinary identity that is both modern and deeply rooted. Bruno and Alexandre Seillery lead the restaurant with genuine passion. Their cuisine is creative, finely structured and reveals a remarkable sensitivity in the way flavours are composed. Each dish is crafted with precision, yet never feels excessive — a balance that only chefs achieve who respect their products while expressing their own vision. Our Sunday lunch was a small journey through flavours that surprised, inspired and stayed in memory. The dishes showed a refined harmony of textures, acidity, freshness and depth. Particularly impressive was the use of regional and seasonal ingredients, interpreted with a clear understanding of the Mediterranean identity of this place. Service was attentive, friendly and pleasantly unpretentious. Hospitality is not a concept here — it is lived. The atmosphere is calm and intimate, allowing the focus to remain entirely on the experience. In the kitchen of L’Ambroisy, craftsmanship and creativity come together. It is a place where you instantly recognise the signature of two hosts who know what they are doing — and who want to offer their guests an experience that lasts. We ate here on holiday and it was an exceptional meal food-wise. There were so many courses and they were all very good, with a few stand outs. The presentation and flavor was Michelin worthy. We had the bad luck of eating there during a big football match so we were the only customers which was a bit awkward, but it was a delicious meal nonetheless.

Stayed in the town named Vence during our family vacation to France. And I planned ahead of time to visit this restaurant for dinner. There are plenty of car parking space in the area. We entered the restaurant and were greeted by the chef owner himself. We went straight for the 5 course tasting menu. Every dish was very well curated, we ordered Kir Royale, Pouilly Fumé & also a bottle of Red from Provence. We will visit again, highly recommended.

Literally one of the best restaurants in France! Absolutely delicious! I am not a big fan of too sophisticated dishes, but at this place that was a wonderful combination of high cuisine, unique ingredients and very tasty dishes! And wonderful service! We were with a family of 7 people and everyone just loved it!
