High quality electric bikes with fantastic service. Good communication and they delivered our bikes at the time they said they would. They also gave us a good recommendation on how to set up the bikes for our three children (bike seat and two in the trailer). I would definitely recommend hiring electric bikes in the area, it was the best way to explore and get around! Thank you

The Bidart Bike team offer a great service and excellent e-bikes. It was very easy to hire the bikes in advance and the team delivered them to our property at exactly the time we arranged. They are really kind and friendly to deal with. The bikes are good quality with good locks and helmets and we hired panniers as well to carry extra things. We love having a bike in Bidart as it is so easy to get around the village and along to all the beaches. We will definitely use Bidart Bikes again and I have recommended them to other friends.

We rented an electric motor bike from Bidart Bikes for 2 days. This is a family run business with an excellent choice of new and high quality bikes for all the family. The customer service was exceptional and their prices were very reasonable. If you're staying in Bidart and looking for a convenient way to get around visit Bidart Bikes. We hired bikes from Luc and Doninic are the friendly helpful owner & had a terrific day out. They set out our route which was downloaded onto my phone & then we set off on electric bikes. The surrounding roads & cycle paths are very nice even the landscape so we were just amazed . The views & villages gorgeous. the electric motor any inclines or hills are a doddle. So we managed 60k in the day The company has thought of everything including an instant puncture repair kit which works by filling the tyre with expanding foam. We booked a week's stay in Bidart, just south of Biarritz for our family of four. Car hire prices were astronomical so we looked into other ways of getting around and came across Bidartbike. Bike hire for a week was much cheaper than the hire car. Electric bikes are perfect for this area as it is surprisingly hilly along the coast, many of the beaches have long ascents to them which are accessible only by foot or bike, and the roads suffer from near gridlock at peak times. It is also hard to find parking near the beaches or in town. Luc and Dominique were fantastic, transporting our luggage to our accomodation and even looking after it for a day to allow us an extra day on the beach! Lovely guys. They really made the holiday, thanks ever so much. We will definitely book bikes with them next time we come to Bidart and have recommended them to friends.

Easy to book the bikes. Quick response from the owner, and good quality of bikes. Can park the car near the rental place, and start your ride from there. Would hire here again.
