This hotel is well located near the airport in Bourges, we were travelling from Tours so it was in the right side of the city for us. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful especially the manager who helped us with information in getting to and from the city centre. We were in room two which was the first one past reception and a nice comfortable tastefully decorated room with a comfortable bed and pillows and good sized desk with tea and coffee etc. The room had a glass door which we were able to open and also air conditioning. The restaurant was very good and the manager was able to help us with choices and then gave us some milk for the tea in the bedroom. Breakfast next morning was excellent with plenty of choice of hot and cold food and a selection of hot drinks.

I got the impression the man on the front desk disliked his job and dealing with people. Our first bad impression of Kyriad, and we have stayed at many throughout France. Bed was comfortable enough but this hotel looks long overdue for pulling down.

We had an overnight stop here whilst visiting Bourges city. The location is good for the city centre, just a short drive. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the rooms were very clean. Didn't take breakfast so we can't comment on that. A good little budget hotel

Superb service. Excellent price. A really pleasant overnight stop. The exterior does not do this hotel justice. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you need. A very welcome comfortable mattress and pillows after a 500 km journey from the South of France. Absolutely reccomend this hotel if you're travelling to or from the South of France.

Overall a very good value and comfortable night stop. A great half way rest during our homeward journey through France back to the UK. Good location for the old city and clean comfortable rooms with a decent breakfast. Very efficient and friendly staff. Somewhat surprised by some of the other reviews quite frankly.

The bed was very comfortable, with lovely soft pillows. The room and the bathroom were in need of a refresh, the felt a bit unloved. The food choices were limited but the food itself was lovely. The staff were really friendly!

If you are looking for a simple, clean room for the night as a stop over, this place ticks all the boxes. Well situated, close to a Carrefour and bakery, great Indian/Kashmiri restaurant next door, 30 mins walk into central Bourges. Staff are brilliant - really friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay at this hotel. We were running late so had to telephone ahead for instructions about arriving after 11pm. The receptionist was great - he was very clear and spoke good English so we knew what to do. Room was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that, but would definitely stay in this hotel again.
