Very friendly service. I ran out of milk for tea in my room and a member of staff brought some more for me straight away. Breakfast was lovely with a very wide variety of choice. The lunch/evening meals were also very tasty. The ratatouille with rice was a personal favorite. The rooms were spotless and the atmosphere was great. Would thoroughly recommend!

We came across this hotel while searching for hotels in the hills near Nice, something away from the crowds and this hotel delivered. The property is simply gorgeous!! Fragrant jasmine climbing the walls, orange trees, bougainvillea hanging, plenty of places to sit and enjoy. The rooms were very clean, well appointed and spacious. The lobby and hallways were quiet but welcoming. Our in-room fridge was stocked daily with cold Evian and our room was serviced. The breakfast was definitely worth the price with lots to offer and friendly staff. The hotel staff was very helpful with recommendations for local sights. The two restaurants available at the hotel give plenty of options. We definitely appreciated the EV chargers in the parking lot. It was too cool to use the pool, but it was available. The hilltop village of Carros was a hidden gem which we loved. We will be back to enjoy the magic of this hotel.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. Spotless clean, big beautiful rooms, outstanding scenery, competent and friendly staff and a top notch restaurant on site. We were there for 3 nights but we will definitely be back again for longer.

The location was perfect to be close to Menton, Eze, Nice and other cities. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Peaceful and quiet. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Chill atmosphere.very safe. I love how close the Wok and Sushi place was, I ate here 3 times in 1 week. I love this hotel and would come back if I got the chance to come back to this beautiful hotel.

Overall very nice hotel inside out, with free parking. The rooms and bed are clean and comfy. Large bed, shower and nice terrace outside. Restaurant is on the expensive side but portions are huge and desserts looks and taste delicious. Only breakfast not adequate to a 4*. Positive thing: we paid for breakfast as extra and when we arrived the buffet was basically empty. They promptly refilled with the food we asked for after a few minutes.

Always enjoy coming to this little hotel when we're in the area. Super clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds and rooms that aren't tiny like many in France. Very good selection for breakfast. We always come back here as it's central to many locations in the area of you have a car. Most recently we noticed a strong effort to eliminate single use plastic (amenity packagings) and offered a selection of organic teas etc. A nice touch.

Very surprised by this hotel in a good way.|Initial thoughts were that the reception staff - excluding Yann - could do with being a little friendlier & responsive however this got better over the days we were there.||The rooms are very clean with everything you would need for a short break - including complimentary water in the fridge! The only downsides to the room was the sink was leaking so I had to put a bin under the waster pipe to catch the water & the safe wouldn't accept the 4 digit code to set it up to use. I did report to the front desk but as it was a weekend, no-one was able to resolve as they weren't working.....||The restaurant on site is a gem - the food at lunch and dinner is chosen from the same menu but with plenty of choice, you never struggle to choose something different. A heads up is the "starters" are more like mains - I made the mistake of ordering a starter and main - they were huge!! ||The pool area, whilst quite small, was gorgeous and they do have pool towels to use free of charge. In addition, they do sell soft drinks, beers and ice creams there so no need to keep going back & forth to the hotel.||Would definitely return if we wanted to stay outside of Nice centre as you do need either transport or taxis to the sea front/Old village.

We were unfortunately cancelled flight at the airport along with a group of others we were put up at this hotel for 2 nights, staff were brilliant, hotel was great and spotless, food on site was tasty and plentiful, rooms were clean and comfy beds
