Very disappointing experience. I received a scooter with issues related to the braking system and battery/range performance. Despite contacting customer support several times and requesting a return within the legal withdrawal period, the seller refused to accept the return.

I bought a rice cooker on 09.10.2021 and the rice cooker has not been working for a few months. I live in Switzerland and went there especially for the rice cooker. The rice cooker has no electricity and the rice does not cook. I explained the case to the employee and she simply tested it with water and said that it works and that she cannot replace it. She could only speak French and I asked her if there was someone who spoke English or German. At first she didn't want to get anyone and I agreed to wait for someone who spoke English. The English-speaking buyer wanted to help me all the time and also asked the employee to change the rice cooker. The staff member just didn't want to change it. She was very unfriendly and I don't think she was very customer-friendly in the way she treated me. She just didn't want to change it for egoistic reasons.

Loïc really helped us find all the home appliances we needed, a fridge, washing machine and a dish washer. Very friendly and professional ! 🥇
