The company installed new windows at my place 1 1/2 weeks ago. There was an extremely bad smell coming from the windows which was after more than one week as strong as on the day the windows where installed. After several exchanges via phone, email and directly in their shop, the company told me that they do not have any solution for the extremely bad small. The smell causes strong headache and has thus likely a very bad impact on health.
