EURL M.A.P. AUDE

I went there to try and collect my residence permit because they sent me a message to pick it up. However I did not make an appointment, I just went at opening time to wait in the queue to get it. From the moment the doors opened the staff appeared stressed. No matter how I tried to explain that my permit was there, they insisted an appointment is necessary. The earliest appointment is 4 weeks away. The system is flawed. However I cannot blame the staff, they are stuck with a poor system.

It's always easy to criticise the Préfecture, but my past couple of visits have been great. A big thank you to Lisa at reception for her pleasant attitude and for being so helpful and efficient.

After hearing so many horror stories, I was pleasantly surprised. We met with a representative on time. She took her time to explain everything. I knew what was going on, and walked out with my carte de sejour.
