Very beautiful hotel in a very calm place. Rooms are cozy and bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent!

Having endured three nights in a tiny bedroom without air con my partner and I hot footed it (literally) out of Epernay and headed to the coast. There wasn't a lot of choice, but we got the last room in this hotel, much to our relief. Booking in was quick and helpful and our room was spacious and comfortable. We were located at the front of the building and although the road noise wasn't intrusive, it was a bit breezy and if I were to visit again I would definitely request a room overlooking the garden. The bathroom was a good size and well-equipped. It was great to have the little luxuries of a mini-bar, air con, tea/coffee making facilities, full-size bath etc. There was plenty of space for clothes and extra pillows. Overall, quite a bit of thought had gone into the facilities though I think the rooms are starting to look just a little dated. Just a couple of minor niggles - I had to move the kettle to near the door to plug it in and there was no high hook for the shower head. We ate breakfast twice which was delicious, varied and fairly good value. The gardens behind the house are a wonderful sun trap and very well maintained. We found the hotel to be an excellent base for visiting Etaples (30 minutes walk if you don't want to drive), Le Touquet, etc.

So we found the advertising and the reality at odds with each other. On paper we expected a warm welcome. In reality, there was no-one there (apart from guests) when arrived or when we left. The website says reception was coveted from 7.30am - 7.30pm. We got there at 7.04pm to a note on the door telling us where our key was. We had just driven 800km! We had never visited the area before. There was nothing in the room recommending where to eat. I called the number left on the note and was told he'd had to run guests into Le Touquet? I'm glad SOMEONE got dinner that evening as we didn't. We left at 7.30am to get breakfast - still no-one. The European adapter plug did not fit the sockets so I was unable to use my C-pap machine which I should use every night. The room was a fair size but the bed so ridiculously large that you couldn't fully open the bathroom door. Lastly, make sure you can carry your cases as the stones in the car park make it impossible to pull them - and there is no lift.

We stayed here for one night in late August '15. It seemed like a good base to see Le Touquet en route to Dunkirk for our Ferry home the next day. In fact it was a 15 minute drive in to central Le Touquet so I am sure there would have been closer options for about the same cost. The service was fine if a bit slow when checking in and out. The room was large and clean enough and over looked the front of the building, which was quiet. We didn't eat at the hotel so I couldn't comment on the food. Overall it seemed a bit sleepy and tired, which for the time of year seemed odd. It's a decent enough hotel but we felt that it was a little overpriced for what they were delivering and its location. Not bad but OK.

A simple but quiet hotel just outside of Cucq with a big garden that is accessable for the guests. With only 11 rooms it is never to crowded. The receptionist is friendly yet pragmatic. Siple but functional room, maybe a bit outdated and they could use a lick of paint. A very good bed (and I have a very bad back !! ) The bathroom is like the rest of the room : everything is there but a bit old. The only thing that's gets on you nerves is the satelite tv. It's impossible to watch a program since the signal is so bad. If you are to stay in this hotel, be sure to take the breakfast there !! For only 2,5€ you get a wonderful breakfast with fresh bread and more then enough meats and cheeses and sweets, fresh fruits, beverages, ..... It's a nice place to make some trips to the surrounding villages.

We stayed one night only 2 bikers 2 rooms. The owner met us on arrival, explained the systems ie door locks breakfast times etc. Rooms and bathroom both well presented and clean. The breakfast was self service buffet which was more than sufficient. Many thanks to the owners. I would recommend without hesitation.

I stayed here for one night as I was on my way back up to Calais and wanted to visit Le Touquet again. The hotel was on the edge of the town and therefore cheaper than the central hotels. The hotel was an excellent choice as everything was pleasing. The room was spacious and clean, the hotel owners were extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was ample and set me up for the good day.||Well worth the stay and will go back again.

We stayed here for one night - a Thursday.||The website that we booked through told us that check-in closed at 19:00. We actually arrived at 21:00 and never had a problem - although we did pre-warn the hotel that we would be late.||The rooms were huge. More than adequate. The ones that we had came with a bath - a rarity nowadays.||The property is located on what we thought was a minor road. However traffic seemed to be quite heavy - and all of our rooms were situated on the front of the hotel. During the night the traffic did die down and we had a peaceful nights sleep.||On a negative point. The curtains in the room are not wide enough to cover the entire window - meaning that someone outside could peer inside.||There's also an outside light which went off automatically at 11pm. This is somewhat annoying if you want an early night as, because of the small curtains, it illuminates the entire room.||Everything was clean.||Breakfast the next morning was let down by them running out of milk - surely a staple item at breakfast. We had to wait 30 minutes whilst the owner went to the shop to buy some. Also, even though there were five of us there were only three bowls of cereal. The bowls were ready filled - one muesli and two cornflakes. Normally cereal is provided in cartons and you fill your own bowl.||Finally. Don't be too concerned if you get the room behind reception. There's a speaker right outside your door. You can here the music playing in your room. However, like the light outside, it turns off at 11pm.||To summarise, I would return for the room size, decor and bath. The curtains, lighting and breakfast would make me think twice.
