Where do I start, we have dealt with a few agencies before coming to France and whilst we have been living in France. I can honestly say Argu's are by far the best. The are honest, hard working, they go above and beyond to help you. They look after their clients with the highest integrity, this is not something I say lightly. Paul and Liz have been unbelievable, they are so kind, patient, honest, helpful and deserve every penny of their fees. The whole team have been brilliant from start to finish. I would have no issues in recommending them, there is no one else I would go to in this part of France. Everyone should use them. Could not have experienced a more professional approach to purchasing our French Maison. The team went way beyond our expectations and helping the transition to navigate utility services, nothing was too much and their assistance due to some language issues was exceptional. Friendly service

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par le manque de professionnalisme de cette agence immobilière. Après nous avoir laissé sans aucune nouvelle pendant deux semaines, malgré nos relances, le propriétaire nous assurait pourtant que nous allions obtenir la maison. Pendant ce temps, nous avons appris qu’ils continuaient à chercher d’autres candidats, ce qui montre un sérieux manque de transparence et de respect. Le plus choquant reste la manière dont tout cela s’est terminé : un simple message nous informant qu’un autre dossier avait été retenu, comme si rien ne s’était passé, sans aucune considération pour notre situation. Cette gestion a eu des conséquences concrètes pour nous, notamment des pertes financières, car nous étions censés avoir déménagé depuis plus d’une semaine. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cette agence. Manque de communication, promesses non tenues et absence totale de considération pour les clients.

La secrétaire est pas du tout aimable et il faut une paye de ministre pour avoir un logement c'est des incapables je recommande à personne d'y aller, on vous fait des promesses de logement en vous disant que tout est bon pour au final vous laisser en plan du jour au lendemain Je m'es une étoile car je n'est vraiment pas le choix sinon je mettrai 0
