Worst experience ever. Don't ever go there they are extremely rude and unprofessional. They asked us for 50 euros for a bench and specifically I have asked if that comes with at least 2/3 umbrellas. The manager confirmed that we will all be in the shade...but then after we sat , told us that extra umbrellas are charged with 10 euros/each...this taking in consideration that we would of ordering drinks, food and shisha from them.... A total rip-off

I didn't eat here I didn't drink here I didn't smoke here I just tried to sit on the beach nearby but the music was so loud that it made it impossible to read or even converse with my kids. It just got louder and louder. No individual would play music so loud because it'd be inconsiderate, perhaps this bar ought to think of the other beach users too.

Gordon Ramsey should pay them a visit… These reviews are fake and we’ve alerted Google. People raving about this place have to be liars.After a tough period being confined at home we felt we need to get away from it all and booked a week vacation away from Southampton. Marseille lives up to its reputation : filthy city, unsafe and not much to see! But they have the Med so we took a sort ferry from the old town to the sea resort area. Pointe rouge beach is not clean and rough at night. We stopped to grab dinner at the Soana restaurant and got the worst welcome ever : rude employees obviously insulting us, taking advantage on the fact that we don’t speak the language. That was so inappropriate. The guy by the entrance even removed his mask in order to spit on the sand. We obviously don’t recommend this place and this city in general. We were not impressed with Marseille.

the service of this restaurant is terrible, they can't speak English, at the entrance we were asked to cover ourselves with a towel and as soon as we finished eating, an employee came who arrogantly forbade us from being there, he couldn't even understand that we wanted to pay and were going to leave

Very bad service. I DO NOT recommend !! Staff are rude :/
