I hardly write reviews but I had to share how wonderful my experience was with this dealership. Flavio Da Silva helped me through each step of the way. It was my first time buying a car in France, having just moved here from abroad. Flavio was thorough, patient, resourceful, and to top it all off, bilingual in French and English. Not only did he find me a beautiful car, he also loaned me one of theirs while I waited for mine to be ready. I felt confident in the car-buying decision process and am so glad to have come here. Honestly it felt like buying a car from a friend who was looking out for my best interests. Merci beaucoup!

Despite not having the time nor parts to repair my car immediately, they performed a temporary fix so that I could safely return to my hotel. Furthermore, they made special arrangements to fully repair my car two days later, all according to our agreement, allowing us to drive home safely. The service I experienced at Aravis BMW Dealer was outstanding. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and highly skilled. Thanks to their quick and efficient repair, I was able to continue my vacation and return home safely.
