This hotel was disappointing. The room was extremely small and the shower impossible to navigate without getting the entire bathroom wet. The breakfast was good and the room was clean but so small you had to leave the room to change your mind!

Not recommended at all. On booking they hide the bad comments, we were fooled. We were there for 1 night and NOTHING worked. We were there because we read that the rooms were correct and they have air conditioning in the rooms. Well they exist but they Do NOT work. The room service gave us a fan that is also broken and could not change our room. Also late at night we discovered that the wifi did not work either. The beds and the pillows are not confortable at all. Also our room was next to the road and all night we heard cars. We could not sleep because of the noise and the high temperature. If i had zero stars i would have put that. Also the location if you do not have a car is terrible you are not at any point close to anything.

The Hotel is located very well and close to the Metro and a supermarket. the Bedroom itself was nice and I liked that there was extra pillows. We struggled with the Aircon as it sometimes worked and other times did not. Same with the hairdryer. They Bathroom is extremely small especially the shower with the taps and shower head facing towards the curtain it made the shower even narrower and I kept burning myself on the hot side of the tap. There is hardly any space to shower and the bathroom got completely soaked. The people in the room next to us also watched TV and "chatted" until after 3am and it was very disruptive. No one in the Hotel monitored the noise levels. I did not however take that into account when rating the hotel as I understand that had we had different neighbours our experience would not have been so bad.

I stayed in this hotel with 3 other people. We had a decent room, with 3 beds which worked well for our sleeping arrangements. The room was small and simple. It had air conditioning, which was great, but leaked all night and left a large puddle on the floor by the door. There is nothing special about this place, but it's good for the traveller on a budget.

The room is really small and the toilet is even smaller. The room had a leakage problem everytime we showered. The entire bathroom will be filled with water. The water will even flood and seep out to the carpeted room. When we complained to the reception to change room they said that there are several rooms with this problem and that they cannot assure us that the other room will be any different. Hence they proposed us towels to place on the floor. Once we put the towels on the floor the towels became yellow as they have absorbed the dirty water from the carpet as you can see in the pictures I posted indicating that the carpet was dirty to begin with. The room generally looks clean but after we saw that we were disappointed. The next day the room smelt of dampness but there was nothing the hotel claimed they could do because the hotel was fully booked. The room in general is descent with modern furniture and a Tv but because of such inconvenience of a service in this hotel I do not recommend it.

While the location is not something to comment about, since it has been known prior to reservation, the hotel certainly is.||||Cramped rooms with tiny little windows, a little tv and a small bathroom. The bed is comfortable but it takes the whole space - to the point where there's not enough left to open a suitcase. While small size is something to argue about, the worst is a smelly and dirty bathroom. The staff tried to fix that but the smell was still present. They weren't aware however that the room carpet has not seen a vacuum cleaner for ages. ||||In the end, we did not experienced the soundproofing but we heard very well the smashed doors and the people talking in the other room. The ultra-fast free WiFi didn't work for most of the time, despite being advertised in the whole facility. ||||All in all, a very disappointing experience and considering that the place is owned by a hotel chain makes the situation worse.

No idea what to expect (not used to this type of hotel) but it was more than ok, especially for the price. Internet in the (rather small) room was rubbish (but ok in the dining room), staff were helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate (again, for the money :o) and, if I had to complain about something, it would be the ants. I wasn't expecting company but, apparently, it's quite normal. Would I stay at another B&B Hotel after this experience? Yes, I would be happy to.

Excellent, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and good location near the Buffalo Grill which is open on a Sunday.||||However, the room was very small and the toilet/shower room clean, but poorly maintained with a panel hanging off the shower tray. The shower doors leaked water onto the floor.||||This was one of 3 Hotel B&B's we stayed at during late August and early September. Only one (Reims, Bezannes) was properly maintained. Are the previously good maintenance standards at Hotel B&B dropping?
