I have just had my Chanel bag restored by Katarina of this company. I can’t thank her enough she has done the most incredible amazing job on it. I can’t recommend this company enough!

1. Beautifully recreated (remade from scratch) fitted linen top that was much loved, but beyond repair. Thank you to Sandra Zomer! 2. Tessa Allen restored a damaged Golden Goose leather bag to a level that is a huge testament to her expertise, care and craftsmanship: from replacing piping to repairing areas where the leather was badly scuffed (see 'before' photo showing corner of bag where the leather was noticeably abraded). A phenomenal communicator who has restored this bag sensitively and exceeded my expectations in the process. Thank you Tessa.

I came across The Seam when searching for somewhere to repair my Ralph Lauren jumper, I'm super pleased with how Fraser has repaired it, he's done an amazing job, it's 100% unnoticeable, he went above and beyond, he found an additional small pull that I didn't know about and kindly included it in the booked repair and fixed that also. The whole process was really easy with sending the jumper to Fraser and I received it back in good time, it was well packaged and Fraser had excellent communication via the chat section on the account. I would definitely use The Seam again thank you.

Through The Seam I was put in touch with Andria Ramon a knitwear repair specialist. She has managed to invisibly repair my beautiful, much loved & well worn Zadig & Voltaire jumper. She dealt with two moth holes (I now can’t tell where they were) plus an unraveled seam under one arm. An excellent job all round. Many thanks to Andria & The Seam.

This is the first time I've used The Seam and I'm really glad to have come across it. Ji Kang did a brilliant job of repairing two old skirts that I'm very fond of, one of which I feared might be beyond repair due to moth damage. It took less than 2 weeks from the point of initial contact to receiving the repaired skirts back. Communication during the process was easy. I appreciated that Ji checked with me before using a different (actually better) material from the original for re-lining one of the skirts. I will definitely be using her services again!

It was my first time using the seam and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed! I was paired with the extremely talented Katarina M! She fixed the popper on my Exotic Chanel Mini Flap and cleaned the leather wonderfully! She took amazing care of a bag that’s very special to me. She very kindly also repaired one of the damaged python scales on the front of the flap. The turn around time was great, I asked my maker if she could repair my bag in time for my holiday, I dropped the bag off on the 27th and received it on the 11th, earlier than the original collection date! I can’t thank her enough, I’ve attached photos of her incredible work.

Honestly, I'm blown away with the quality of the work. Lyudmilla was able to fully repair my Prada knit which was full of holes back to brand new. Absolutely incredible level of skill and craft! A huge thank you.

Had my Merino wool jumper recently repaired (by Nicole Akong). She did a fantastic job and even repaired some bits I hadn’t noticed needed to be mended. She kept me up to date throughout the repair and my jumper now looks as good as new.
