We called this garage because my airconditioningsystem didn t turn on anymore on our roadtrip to Monaco. After we called for refill the ac system we arrived next day at 10:00am. The told us it would take 45 minutes to refill. (As normally) After one hour we've arrived to pick up my audi TT. Unfortunally my ac was not refilled. Also the ac completely didnt switched on..... They did a diagnose on the car and the computer said that the ac compressor didnt switched on an that we have to go to the dealer. I asked what they have done to the car because the ac stil switched on before I brought it, the dont understand me but okay... After paying 30 euros for diagnose we decidied to continue our trip. 4000 kilometers later at home, I took it to my work to refill the ac... And gues what, it fully functional. If you, (NORAUTO), SIMPLY refilled the ac (What I asked) our problem was solved!! Just LEARN SOME ENGLISH !!!

I don't understand the poor reviews? These guys were lifesavers!! We had a flat tyre while on holiday and had to get on the road quickly. They had our tyres in stock and changed them all within 1hr, on a Saturday morning, when all other garages were closed. The staff were so friendly and able to communicate in English for us....even the mechanic was fluent!! Amazing 10/10 service and at a reasonable price too. Thank you!!

Tyre puncture on a Friday night during French driving holiday, so limped to Dijon on our emergency wheel. Norauto near to our hotel was open on the Saturday morning at 8am and very happy to help. They had a choice of tyres in our size (VW Golf) and fitted them straightaway. Less than an hour later we were on the road. Fantastic service, very friendly and helpful staff (most speaking great English too), and decent price. We paid 240 EUR for a pair of decent Michelin tyres, fitted, with all taxes. Thanks for saving our trip!

Flat tire in Dijon, car was towed to Norauto Chenove on a Saturday morning and the car was ready in the afternoon. Staff are responsive, friendly and quick. The repair was impossibly cheap and the mechanics added air to a separate tire that had been below pressure without me having to ask. I would go back without hesitation. Two thumbs up.

I had a problem with my car and we were promptly assisted, which saved our holiday in France :)
