⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 We had a fantastic experience at Le Brebant! The food was absolutely excellent. Fresh and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was on point, but the oyster tasting stood out as a real highlight. The drinks were also great. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire visit. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend!
Nice food in a lively and energetic Parisian restaurant. Wonderful seafood platter (both hot and cold), very fresh and a good selection. Steak is also great. Had a few visits here over the years and generally think of it as a nice place to go when in Paris. Booking needed at busy times, but can usually accommodate walk-in’s. It’s open early until very late, which is convenient. Service can be a bit abrasive but is part of the Parisian experience and generally not an issue. Most of the time the team are really nice.
After extensive travels throughout France and countless meals in restaurants ranging from humble to haute, it is rare to encounter a place where the experience feels genuinely complete. This Parisian bistro achieves exactly that. What sets this restaurant apart is not only the excellence of the food, but the exceptional quality of its service. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, attentiveness, and an ease that can only come from people who truly enjoy what they do. The service was swift, thoughtful, and impeccably coordinated — always accompanied by sincere smiles and a sense of genuine care. That kind of hospitality is an art, and here it is practiced beautifully. The cuisine itself left nothing to be desired. Every dish was executed with precision and respect for French tradition. My sea bass was outstanding — perfectly cooked, delicate, and deeply satisfying. There is simply nothing negative to say about the food; it was excellent from start to finish. A special mention must go to Eloan (if I recall his name correctly), a charming young man who took exceptional care of us throughout the evening. His kindness and attention elevated the entire experience and made us feel truly welcome. Located just a short walk from the bustling Boulevard Haussmann and the Galeries Lafayette, this small, intimate bistro offers a moment of calm and authenticity. It is the perfect place to enjoy a truly French meal in the company of people who embody what Parisian service should be: professional, passionate, and heartfelt. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is a reminder that great dining is not only about what is on the plate, but about the people who serve it — and here, both are exemplary. Please continue to uphold this beautiful tradition of French hospitality.
We had a terrible dining experience here. A staff member spilled leftover water from another table directly onto me and my camera, which was extremely upsetting. Instead of offering a sincere apology, another staff member came over, pointed at us, and said “it’s you” in a blaming and very rude manner. Even before this incident, the waitress had already shown a poor attitude while serving us, placing the plates and utensils in an impolite way. Overall, the service was unacceptable and the entire experience was very disappointing.
we wanted to grab something to eat arround midnight. we waited about 20 minutes untill they tool the order. 30 minutes until the good was served and 20 minutes until we paid. it means more than an hour just waiting. Dont get me wrong, the waitress worked very hard. I dont know what went wrong. I can imagine how slow it is in rush hours What pissed us the most is that they charged 15% more than the price in the menue. I guess it was for the service. I hate that somebody decides for us if and how much to pay for service and even more when they snick it to the bill as the dish price , not seperately under service. I guess most of the guests dont even know. I checked, according to the Franch law the price in the menue includese service. so, this was a violation of law. Bottom line: no reason to go there . endless number of better & fair restsurants in Paris. I should have rated them one star but because of yhe waitress hard work I gave them two.
Le Brébant is an absolute gem for late-night dining in Paris! Open until 5 AM, it’s the perfect spot for hungry tourists looking for a delicious meal after midnight. The service is incredibly fast and friendly, making you feel welcome no matter the hour. The huîtres (oysters) are incredibly fresh and taste amazing. The escalope milanaise is a must-try—the portion is huge, super satisfying, and served quickly in perfect condition. Whether you’re craving a late-night feast or just a cozy Parisian brasserie vibe, Le Brébant never disappoints! Highly recommend!
Much like any other French restaurant in Paris, this place has a lovely menu, delicious food, a great atmosphere and a horrible service.
Gorgeous café. Great service and the seafood was absolutely delicious
