We discovered that we needed to have snow socks in our van so went on a hunt to find them .. went to Norauto and found loads! Initially we bought the wrong ones (because we didn't ask for help)... The man who helped us was super helpful! He fixed our mistake and spoke wonderful English, our French is very basic so that was a godsend! Thank you Norauto! Merci beaucoup!

Went specifically to buy a small trailer and that's what I got, so that's good. The shop however is quite cramped and extremely busy, so things can take some time to sort out.

Excellent customer service. Mark was extremely helpful and professional and apart from not requiring a RDV sorted out a diagnostic issue within an hour which neither the main car dealership was willing to help with or any other company in the area. Highly recommended.

After receiving wildly different prices on the cost of a trailer hitch "attelage" Norauto gave me the lowest quote, an timely appointment and the work was done quickly and well. I also use them for oil changes and they always take the car at the appointed time and it is ready within the hour. Good people!

Fantastic service here. I had a puncture whilst on holiday which required repair to the wheel. They were really good and sorted the problem within one day. Some of the staff also speak fluent English which is great as my French is limited regarding mechanical details!
