I recently stayed at this lovely hotel in France and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were very kind. I especially want to praise Nadia, who provided outstanding service during breakfast. She was warm, attentive, and always made sure guests had everything they needed. Her genuine smile and friendly attitude made my mornings especially enjoyable. I truly appreciate her excellent service and would happily return to this hotel!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The atmosphere was great, but what really made our stay special was the service at breakfast. Nadia was absolutely amazing—she went above and beyond to take care of our little ones, keeping them entertained with coloring supplies so we could actually enjoy our meal. It’s those thoughtful touches that make a huge difference for families. Highly recommended!

Great hotel. The rooms were very clean, modern and well maintained. All of the service staff were friendly and especially Nadia in the breakfast area stood out. Nadia was extremely helpful and friendly and service oriented. The breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty and offered a good variety and Nadia was always very attentive and quick to refill the buffet. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Belfort.

Very good located hotel, near the old town. Quiet rooms with separate wc and separate shower. The lobby is very inviting and spacious. Breackfast was delicious with a vaste choice of cheese, marmelades, breads and fruits. Nadia was very friendly explaining us the coffe machine and recommanding cheese. Furthermore there are enough parking slots in the covered parking, day rate €16.-.

I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for your kind hospitality specially would like to for Nadia, who has been taking care of us in the kitchen, especially in the mornings. She consistently performed her duties with great professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Nadia was always punctual, cheerful, and proactive in making sure everything was well-prepared and organized. Her dedication and positive attitude made our mornings pleasant and comfortable. We truly value her hard work and commitment, and we would like to thank her for her outstanding service and the care she provided every day.

Novotel Atria is my home away from home. I travel frequently from the United States and I must say that the hospitality and service is amazing. From seeing Nadia every day at breakfast, the way that she was so sweet to my daughter to the dinner crew who always keeps my wine glass filled. I tell them I feel like they're my family when I come here.

This is my second time staying at Novotel Belfort hotel. I had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, quiet and well-maintained. The service was outstanding—all staff (for example, Mrs Yang bei from reception and Mrs Nadia from hotel restaurant) were friendly, efficient and always ready to help. I will definitely choose this hotel again!
