The park itself has nothing special, but the view of the lake surrounded by mountains is truly beautiful. One point worth mentioning is that there is a pier here from which boats depart for short cruises on the lake. Unfortunately, during the tourist season, it becomes incredibly crowded. Not only is it impossible to find a bench to sit on, but you can't even find a spot to lie down on the grass... so it might be a good idea to visit it outside the tourist season

St Peter is nowhere to be found at the gates to this green lakeside paradise. A lovely little haven just outside the centre of old town of Annecy, providing a little respite from the tourist-heaving streets. Children’s play areas, quaint paths, thought provoking sculptures, a fountain and an enigmatic lone solar panel complete this package of fun whether providing relaxation betwixt browsing the markets, or for a safe stop to eat your gelato or lunch baguette packed full with decadent Chaussée aux Moines.

One of my favorite parks to visit in Europe because of the quiet and peaceful lake, the mountains behind the lake, and how clean the whole park is kept. I would personally recommend this park if you are in the area.

This is a lovely park right between the old town and the lake. It is large with a range of options from shady treed areas to open spaces. There is a kids playground that is fenced off. You are right by the lake with plenty of water sport options available. A nice place to eat lunch, exercise or just relax.

We absolutely loved our trip to Annecy! I highly recommend taking a leisurely stroll along the waterfront and exploring this charming park. The views of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains are absolutely stunning, and the gardens themselves are beautifully maintained and wonderfully inviting. It’s the perfect spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of this picturesque French town.

The most amazing views over the lake from here and boat rentals available too. The park itself has play areas for kids, some live music sometimes and lots of benches to sit on. Close to the old town so a perfect location to have a baguette and enjoy the day.

Breathtaking. Perfect for coming either alone, with friends, or in family. Many activities proposed, clean, and overall calm. The lake is a great activity and the water is overall clean. You can get delicious ice cream, swim, do boat peddaling, bike, play soccer, picnic, or just lay on the grass and chill.
