Hotel very clean, well located if you are driving into the city with train station not too far. Parking is below Lidl and has an extra fee but is discounted with the hotel. Would recommend and stay if looking for a reasonable place in Paris

Stayed 6 nights in three different stays during my business trip to France in February and March 2026.|20th to 21st February / 26th to 28th February and then 01st to 4th March due to the closure of the middle east airspace. Hotel is located in a convenient area closer to the Gallini shopping mall with a huge Auchan supermarket. Also, just 5 to 6 minutes walk to the Galini Metro station. Staffs and services are superb and breakfast too very good.

This hotel caused sianificant stress for our family holiday. We experienced no hot water at all during our stay, and breakfast service was consistently inadequate. The biggest problem occurred when the access code failec on the day we were leaving Because of the delay, we missed our train. The hotel promised refunds for breakfast and tourist taxes but has not honored those promises. We have received no response despite repeated contact attempts.

I would strongly advise future guests to think carefully before booking. Our family group of 14 experienced multiple serious issues during our stay. There was no hot water at any time, breakfast supplies were repeatedly exhausted, and on our final day the door code stopped working, causing us to miss our train home. Management promised to refund breakfast charges and tourist taxes as compensation, but after two weeks they have ignored all communications. We have now escalated the matter through Booking.com. Overall, a very poor experience and even worse customer service afterward.

My first stay at a B&B hotel. Overall a good place to stay if you're on a budget and the rates in central Paris are too expensive. The receptionist was very friendly and I received an unexpected free upgrade. The room, 206, was clean, and everything worked fine. I just wish these places had refrigerators. But I did like that there was a microwave on the mezzanine level. The bed was quite firm, but it was good enough. Everything you could want is within easy reach - a Lidl and Picard right behind it, a massive Hypermarket just a few minutes walk away, fairly easy access to the Metro, several restaurants nearby, and even a laundromat just a few blocks away. The area is not the nicest, but I had no issues. Only criticism was that one elevator was broken. This was of little concern as I wasn't very high up and just took the stairs, but the working elevator did move pretty fast. Didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment there.

I cannot recommend this hotel after what happened to our family. We were 14 people staying together, including babies and elderly relatives. There was no hot water during the entire stay. Breakfast was poorly organized and often missing basic items. On departure day, the access code malfunctioned and we were unable to leave promptly, causing us to miss our train. Despite promises of compensation, the hotel has ignored our communications for two weeks. Booking.com is now handling our complaint.

It's a place to sleep I guess. All things considered the rooms were clean upon arrival but they were never cleaned the week we were staying there, meaning we had to ask for new toilet paper by the reception. Also the bin wasn't emptied once and the towels weren't replaced either. We had booked two rooms (one queen bed and one room with two single beds as a party of four people) but we got two rooms with just a single queen bed each. One of the rooms had a dirty toilet which we had to ask twice to be cleaned and later the cover for the flushing mechanism broke. The hotel is near a metro and bus station which made the city easily reachable. Though I got to give credit where credit is due, the workers were always pleasant and were professional (even during a false fire alarm).

I had a lovely stay at this B&B. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location was quiet yet convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
