Buying a ticket, coming early, no information that indicates the bus has changed station on the panel. The panel states that everything is normal, when the time passed, it indicates that it's"late" when i called, they say"it's your fault" as it's indicated on the website, doing a half job informing people and not taking responsibility.. Do your job, or quit, extremely unprofessional, leaving a bunch of people waiting. To show you how bad this is, a t64 bus driver arrived, we asked him, he had no idea. If you failed to inform your own drivers, DO NOT BLAME PAYING CUSTOMERs.

I visited four years ago, and at that time, you bought your bus ticket on boarding the bus. It was fine. Then transisere changed the policy last year. You could only buy a ticket at the ticket office at the train station, not the bus station. And there's always a huge line, so you will miss your bus unless you arrive an hour early just to buy your ticket. Bus drivers cannot sell you a ticket on the bus. You can buy a ticket from the driver at any stop EXCEPT at the bus station. A year later, and nothing has changed. Sounds like a Kafka novel huh? Well, it is.

Horrible communication, the screens don't work to indicate where the bus will be, and the drivers are very rude and unprofessional. I waited for 20 minutes past the posted bus time, and the bus driver who told me there was no 86 bus that I was looking for, turned on that exact same number a few moments later and drove away. After travelling to many countries, I have never seen such abhorrent transportation system, it's worse than a third world country.

Their ticket policies are crazy. You're not allowed to buy a ticket from the bus driver at the Grenoble station. And you're not allowed to buy a ticket from the vending machines because they don't take international credit cards or cash. And you're not allowed to buy a ticket from an agent at the station, because there aren't why. So how *are* you supposed to buy a ticket?

Very lazy personal, they can't normally explane how to get on the bus. Lazy and slow. Also, it takes very long time to go from agency to the bus.

it's nice but it closes in the night so if you have a bus at 4am you can't come and wait here

Une honte. J’ai testé de prendre le bus x06 pour aller au travail pendant 1 semaine : le bus n’est pas passé à l’heure un seul jour. À quoi sert l’affichage en temps réel sur le site internet si les bus ne passent pas ? ils se volatilisent ? Je suis tous les matins postée à partir de 7h40 à l’arrêt de bus, j’attends parfois jusqu’à 8h20 alors que 3 bus sont programmés entre temps. Quand j’ai appelé votre service pour essayer de comprendre une femme désagréable m’a expliqué que c’était normal (à 70€ par mois l’abonnement et 5,70€ le trajet 😂😂😂). Je prendrai le train à l’avenir.
