SCI HOTEL DU PARC

This is such a comfortable, friendly and beautiful hotel! It’s right in the middle of town, but in a large, walled garden so very quiet and serene. Very dog-friendly too.

Beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated. Hotel staff are very friendly. The owner was very kind to us - took us to the trainstation at 7.30am and gave us a free drnk the night before. We were stranded in town due to our car breaking down. Highly recommend.

Arrived at 4.15pm not realising check in was from 4.30pm and parking gates not open till then. Knocked on door to be told "we are not ready for you, gates open in about 8 minutes " .Did feel like a naughty school girl being chastised! Delphine was efficient in all she did and had, kindly booked a restaurant for us when I contacted her in July. Room, a standard double, was quite compact, but comfortable bed and choice of pillows. Bathroom more than adequate. Good size shower, but flow of shower a bit weak. We didn't have breakfast, only coffee which was on the weak side. Great parking, lovely house, beautifully restored.

If you are going to stay there based on high reviews, you’d better give it second thoughts. We don’t understand the 4.9 rating with 129 reviewers! The place barely deserves a 2 star rating even with lowest standards, considering the not so cheap room prices. This hotel is extremely overrated. It looks nice in photos but in reality it is an average building which has been cheaply renovated. The bathrooms are not even tiled. Most of the rooms in the hotel have small windows and are drab. Our room looked like a hostel room, having bare minimum in the cheapest way. There is no fridge in the room, no information about check in and check out or breakfast time. The breakfast is also far from good, with some stale toast and a couple of jars of jams, and it is only served until 9:30. The staff let us cancel our second night of stay and said they canceled the credit payment, but later we realised they deceived us to pay there, and charged us on our credit card as well. So they charged us twice and did not return our money for the second night. Totally unethical and unprofessional.

We very much enjoyed our time in your romantic, aesthetically beautiful hotel! From the green driveway to the nicely decorated rooms to the perfect breakfast - it was just awesome! We will come back… 5/5

Magical place with super friendly owner and staff. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast in the most beautiful setting. It is quiet, great beds and very clean. Safe private parking. A great extra is that we could charge our car at night. A hidden gem we will keep in mind and definitely will stay again.

Charming hotel in a mansion with loads of charm and character. We were in the family duplex room - huge bedroom, cleand and modern. Good breakfast with local produce. You can charge your car too. Highly recommended address

A very stylish and comfortable hotel with its own garden. The staff is very friendly. The hotel allows dogs and you can recharge your car. Walking distance from the village centre.
