I highly recommend Riviera Insurance Brokers. I recently had to report a very difficult water leak claim to my insurance company, and the entire process was extremely challenging. Due to a very strong accent when I speak French as a South African, I often struggled to communicate effectively, and the insurance company was, at times, unsupportive and difficult to deal with. This is where Riviera Brokers proved invaluable. They stepped in immediately to act as a mediator, diligently following up and managing the complex back-and-forth between me and the insurer. Their team was professional, understanding of my situation, and their consistent support and follow-through ensured the claim was finally processed successfully.
