The security guard is really raciest (old and black - just for identity). When you will enter he gives a looks that nobody wants to see. Most of the times i want to buy things but don’t want to enter there because of his behaviour particular. That’s why i go centre commercial in le pontet. He needs to learn how to behave with customers.

Ils détestent les touristes. Ils n'ont aucune envie d'aider ou de porter assistance. *For clarity, it was the guys in the electronics department. They could not be bothered to do their job and or be courteous

The store manager followed me around harassing me with scornful looks, yelling and demanding to know where I was from after I politely asked him to leave the aisle he was blocking. He was yelling at me across the store and I ignored him, found a nice staff member to help me find a microphone and ask about the digital picture frames, but then the manager came over and started demanding where I was from again, accused me of needing exercise (a joke about my weight), then when I told him to F-off he called security to remove me, then continued yelling at me all the way out the door. He claims to be the store manager, but no manager acts like a terror to customers like this. He is a hateful and mean person. I need Fnac management to investigate this incident. I live here in Avignon permanently, I use this store for my business and I have never seen this man before in 8 years of regular shopping in this store. If he is new, he was hired by mistake. I do not care about his situation, you never start fighting with customers. I am not obligated to provide an answer about where i come from to a belligerent and violent person and that is not a reason to remove me. I found another review about this same manager and his behaviour is always harassing and rude. Blaming clients for their reaction to his behaviour and violating their rights by refusing to leave them alone when asked.

Disaster. Before you enter turn around and go somewhere else. I wanted to buy one tablet. In cashier the price went from 200 to 350 eur. Second tablet what i chose, not available. Third item with a BIG advertisement 'good offer', yet again this price not possible. Pay 50 eur more for what is on the big advertisement. Complete disaster

A small but ok Fnac. Also small section English language books.

Went looking for cables to connect iPhone / iPad to tv with hdmi. Staff very helpful, mission success

Was at FNAC Avignon for a chess game, but left with a chess game and 7 CD's. They have a great music department with CD's, vinyl, DVD and blu-ray.

I ordered a camera, but it never arrived.
