We booked a private tour with nabil. It was supposed to be a private tour not transportation only. One night in air hen haddou we paid for it. Then one night in Dades. We were supposed to stop in ouarsazate but the driver continued driving all the way until dades. We didn’t argue. From dades we stopped at the gorge left the car for the picture and left my bag trustful in the car. We reached I. The afternoon merzouga and the driver said he must go back to Marrakech becoz he has a flight second day to Mecca 😳 in the evening I noticed some of the cash is gone. We were supposed to have the driver with us those 2 nights in merzouga so he take us around. But the agency just lied to us from the beginning. They knew he will drop us there and leave. He had to pay for a day trip by jeep in the desert. And on our last day they arranged for us a drop to fez. Not a tour style drop. Just a driver who doesn’t deal any English and just wanted to drop us there. Big disappointment. I totally don’t recommend them. They lied to us from the beginning and we trusted them.

We booked Miftah Tours for a 5-day private trip across Morocco, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our driver Yussef was absolutely fantastic. Polite, professional, and a complete gentleman throughout. He drove us from Marrakesh to the Ourika Valley, Essaouira, and even all the way to Ouarzazate for a 3-day journey. His English was excellent, and he went above and beyond, helping us take great photos, explaining the local sights like a tour guide, and making every journey comfortable and fun. He was always accommodating to our requests and made sure we felt safe and relaxed at all times. On top of that, our shared love for Bollywood made the long drives even more enjoyable! We truly had a memorable experience thanks to Yussef and Miftah Tours. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Morocco!

We got some problems for the weather and we wait a lot in a gas station before to start the tour (the road was temporarily closed for the snow). Btw the tour was good and the agency efficient, specially our driver Agnau Mohamed was really nice. He was an expert driver who made us feel safe, always on time, available to honour our requests and in a good mood. We spent some good time together and the visit to the desert was wonderful!

We met Ali at the Medina shop where the company has a location. We choose three tours including Essaouira, Ait Ben Hadu and the Hot air balloon. He assigned us the best driver Hassan. Who was very kind with me and my family specially with our mom! The service was perfect! I fully recommend to purchase trips with Ali avoiding scammers. Some people warned us about this in Morocco! This company si very serious! Thank you

Had 2 days 1 night trip to Zagora desert, guide Muhammad Agnaou is very kind, knowledgable and warm heart, made our trip full of fun and laugh. highly recommend.

I used this company for 2 days excursion to the Zagora desert. It was my first time travelling to Morocco and considering a Group excursion. I must confess they handled the whole planing and arrangements very well. Everything was very well brief and coordinated. Mohammed was our driver he was absolutely phenomenal, very compassionate, understanding and fun. He cracked so many jokes throughout our journey and had some of the best playlists appropriate to everyone with different backgrounds. He was considerate of everyone’s linguistics and taste. His experience on the road was smooth and well controlled. The food and experience in the desert was out of this world. The sky and the stars was so clear and beautiful. It felt surreal. Overall it was well worth the price for the package and the service provided inclusive of the camel ride. The only downside to it was the tents during the night were extremely cold. I had to wear everything I had and use all 4 available blankets to keep myself warm and fall asleep. Hence, I found the stop at Ait Benhaddou extremely disappointing because the tour guide Berber man was rushing everyone, the whole guide from the car park to the top of the mountain the Heritage site and back down was rushed in exactly 25minutes. No consideration at all for my elder and disabled mother whom could have managed if it was covered in a 40min instead. We were tolled we dont have time as we need to eat and get going fast so we can arrive in the desert for the camel ride before the sunset. But they made us sit in their own selected choice of restaurant for 1.5 hour. I would have rather spend that time experiencing the heritage side than sit that long in a restaurant with overpriced food. The tajin was the worse food I had whilst in Morocco. Overall the highlight was the desert dinner, the live entertainment and group gathering around the fire which was mind blowing.

The only reaso we go with two stars because we used not a lot of it. First day ahead Agafy, after years working with tourism I manage to meet the most useless tourgide. No information no comments just don't care what is going on. At the end refuse to drop us off to the hotel and asked for 200 Mad and that force us to spend 100 Mad on a taxi . What we enjoy that day is Camel ride. Second day was slightly better we visited Berber house, Argan oil factory, and waterfall but the food was the worst place to eat in all our holiday Warst and most expensive Tagline you can imagine for 130 Mad while the best we had was 60Mad. Would not recommend to anyone

We had a wonderful two day tour including sleeping in the desert! Our guide Mohammed Agnaou was very warm and we swapped loads of stories, ideas and tunes. We made friends with everyone else on our trip and saw them all in groups after we had returned to Marrakesh. The only thing that could be improved by the tour company, or indeed our Riad ahead of time, is warning us that there would be many hours of driving with limited oppotunity to get food. On the first day, we met early in the morning but didn't get to eat until 2 pm. So bring snacks! Our trip to Marrakesh would have been totally lacking if we hadn't gone on this excursion. It's true what others are saying about going to restaurants that are a bit spenny, but I would expect this might happen on any tour when tourist are involved. Great experience.
