Conforma Menton get 5 stars for super service. The excellent Claude helped and advised us on purchasing a sofabed and arranging next day delivery. He was smart, helpful, and efficient. I’ll let the joke about the rugby go! Two other members of the Conforma Menton team guided choosing household appliances and bedding. They know how to advise and make a sale without pushing. This team work with you to find what you need. The sofabed delivery was next day at the precise time they arranged. The delivery men were professional (despite a lot of steps to the apartment) and assembled it quickly and took all the packaging away. This is a well run business that deserves your business! Other businesses could learn a lot from Conforma Menton.

I recently bought a hotplate online from Conforama. The package arrived from a third party, Le Petit Patron. I wish to return it. Le Petit Patron said to go through Conforama. I contacted Conforama and have not received any information on how to do so. My return window has expired. I shall not ever shop here again!

Bought a freezer online and it was delivered in six days. I was really happy with the deal and the 20 euro gift from a shop called "remises et privilèges". Conforama never sent me a pdf with the details of my purchase and this was one of the conditions to receive my 'gift'. They never paid me my money even though they knew I'd bought at conforama. My biggest surprise, However, was yet to come. They CHARGED ME 20 EUROS INSTEAD OF GIVING ME THE GIFT. I wrote to cancel and the attendant told me they could do nothing because I had accepted the conditions - even though I had not filled out some parts, which would not technically complete my subscription. It's a SCAM. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. I just don't know why a shop as reputable as Conforama associates wit scammers like this.

We visited Conforama because we needed a new kitchen. They told us we needed to make an appointment if we wanted to speak to a consultant. Then they gave us a card with an email address. We wrote an email, telling them that we needed new kitchen and wanted a rendez-vous, but never heard anything from Conforama.
