Been coming here for years and can only recommend this bike shop: decent prices for repairs, wide range of bikes and bicycle products (albeit a bit limited in terms of part brands; they mainly sell trek related parts). The waiting time to get repairs done can be a bit long at times. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Good prices for repairs (cheaper than Switzerland...) and a decent range of bikes and gear. Got replacement tyres, within a day and good service. With the number of bicycle shops in the area they cannot afford to have bad service. Decathlon people are very kind, but service is inferior, bikes cheaper and far more basic. UPDATE Just got the wife's bike serviced, very happy. No nonsense service. Plus mine with new brakes, bottom bracket and cassette. Very satisfied.

I was looking for a new bike, and had tooons of questions to make sure I'd find the one that met my triathlon race requirements. Living rather far away (more than 100 km from the shop), Jeremy had the patience to address them one by one via email. Throughout these exchanges, he demonstrated acute knowledge and I therefore decided to go onsite. Despite my late arrival, the team adapted their planning and took necessary time to go through all the items we had discussed, set the bike etc. Pro-service end to end!!

Poor quality work. Brought in the bike to have the tires replaced but got it back with a big wobble in the back wheel. Lost all confidence in their skills so I am not bringing it back. I can now spend my weekend fixing the problem - costing more time than I had hoped to save.

They know what they're talking about, I believe they can fix bikes. But last time I showed up I had to wait 40minutes to speak with a workshop employee. Also the store is not keen on discounts ...
