Stayed at Hotel Édouard VII for only 1 night but we were treated perfectly. Room had good AC which was good to get out the heat. They also stored our bags before check in and after we had to check out which was amazing for walking around. Ambroise was very helpful and ordered a taxi to take us to the train station. Great location also. Would highly recommend this place, so much so I'm leaving a review.

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. The front desk staff in particular Melody were so welcoming and helpful. Room nicely appointed with everything you would require. Really enjoyed the balcony with original shuttered windows. Breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect. All in all a great stay and will be back again.

I cannot speak more highly of the outstanding service we got from Melodie and the team at Edouard VII. I've never felt so welcomed in a hotel. The place is beautiful - like stepping into a (beautifully managed) time capsule. A true oasis in a gorgeous neighbourhood. Peaceful and quiet with great coffee shops and the market close by. My husband and I are honestly speechless with how well we've been treated and our little toddler too. Simply the best.

This friendly little hotel offered us a good location in Biarritz and a comfortable room with a balcony overlooking a quiet street. room was large and bathroom good. we did not have breakfast there but heard it was good. Easy walk to the coast and to Les Halles vibrant food market.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel with very dedicated staff. This little marvel is in walking distance to every sight Biarritz has to offer, only five minutes to the main market square. The hotel is a renovated building from the 1840s and exudes the spirit of old France and a time when hotels were not only used for accommodation but also for socializing. It has a beautiful salon that is ideal for games evenings or cozy drinks. Snacks and wine are offered here on Saturdays. The rooms are very spacious, bright and beautifully furnished, the beds are top quality. You sleep like a baby. The breakfast is also lovingly prepared with local products. There is only one small criticism: no parking spaces and very poor internet. But perhaps that's also intentional for a real time-out

We arrived to a very warm and friendly greeting by the reception staff Coline and Amboise. It was Saturday night and we were invited to have an aperitif and nibbles in the beautiful conservatory . It was exceptional wine and local food . |They gave us great advice regarding the local market and where to eat. ||A beautiful , authentic and very clean hotel with a very warm feel. Would not hesitate to return.

Thank you so much to the full team for their impeccable service during our short stay. They made the effort to remember each guest and tailor their communication to each of us in the morning during breakfast. The room, and terrace, were exceptional, and the breakfast had a wide array of choices fit for a filling and satisfying start to the day. The use of local produce and suppliers was obvious which was appreciated, and it definitely helped that it was all delicious! Not only that, but the hotel was perfectly positioned to explore the different areas of Biarritz. Needless to say, if I were in need of a place to stay again in Biarritz I would not hesitate to choose to stay here again. Thanks very much to the full team.

From the minute we arrived we wished we had booked this hotel for longer than one night. Ambroise who checked us in couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. He gave us a tour of the hotel and lots of information that helped us during our stay. Our room was so beautiful, modern, yet typically French. We couldn't fault our stay in anyway, and we will definitely be back.
