Best bit about the hotel was the breakfast which was ok. However, my room wasn't made up the first morning and the room was so dimly lit that I struggled to read in bed. Staff were pleasant enough but reception was closed in the afternoons when I needed information.

Very nice hotel, but a bit difficult for those who don't speak French. And if you arrive by car, it's a bit of a challenge to find a parking space.

Simple, effective, liked the email with codes for entry and room key idea. Clean, simple room. Only missed a hair dryer. I booked breakfast but didn't check the opening times so had to skip it due to my departure time.

Hotel is in the centre of Castres but very quiet due to excellent double glazing. I had booked a room with two single beds which were very small but comfortable. The cost of the hotel was good value as well as the buffet breakfast with scrambled egg, bacon and sausage, very good breads (but no toaster), croissantes etc. pure juice and cereals. Unfortunately there was no fresh fruit.

One of those basic hotels the French seem to have so many of. In Castries for a ruby match so just a one night stay. Had a single room at the end of a corridor that was the length of the street! But room spacious and bed very comfortable. Only issue - the automatic self checkin system was a nightmare to operate. Joined a queue of people trying to gain entrance / get key codes. Took over half an hour (no staff on duty until later in the day). A slow and quirky system - needs to be reviewed. Otherwise its exactly as it says on the tin.

Hotel staff were lovely people, very helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and perfect to use as a base. There was no hairdryer in the room but staff were able to lend one. This is a great budget option - basic but with everything needed for a stay for people who plan to be out and about.

A reasonably priced hotel well placed in the centre of castres but very quiet. The room and attached bathroom were small but adequate. Entrance to the hotel was very easy with a code sent by text message with the same code used to open the door. I also had the buffet breakfast which included cooked items-scrambled egg, bacon and sausages as well as nice breads, cereal, croissantes, yoghurts and cheese. It lacked any fresh fruit.
