After damaging our trailer, the company refused to issue a damage report. The employee who damaged the trailer with a forklift fled the scene. After contacting them and sending them a repair estimate, we were told the price was too high and asked to send them a damage report. When we replied that we hadn't received one, the company assumed our driver must have refused to accept the report. After this message, contact ceased, and all attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. The company is washing its hands of the damage. This is a joke, not a serious company.
