Béatrice is a wonderful host. We stayed in la Petite Maison which was well equipped and comfortable. She made sure we had everything we needed for our baby. She gave us excellent recommendations for places to go, such as Tourrettes-sur-Loup and Antibes.

Nice for a couple of nights . Nice pool at perfect temperature. Description misleading , there is a private entrance but it goes to the same place as the main entrance. Rooms are adjoined to the main house and we felt like we were intruding into the hosts home . Too many rules - can’t use the pool at meal times , you left a light on ,can’t use sections of the garden at all because you can been seen from hosts terrace. Host very attentive and helpful . No air con so unable to sleep due to the temperature. Walking distance to St Paul and local town . Breakfast was fresh bread and home made cake every day , would be better with fresh fruit for a change sometimes . Cost effective .

A belated thank you to Beatrice for a fabulous stay at Le Clos Saint Paul. The apartment was charming, clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the extra touches including the delicious breakfast and restaurant suggestions/ reservations. Pretty gardens, a beautiful pool, and a fabulous location within walking distance of La Colle sur Loup and St Paul de Vence. Beatrice goes above and beyond to be helpful to guests. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a great base for exploring this beautiful area. Thank you Beatrice for the very warm welcome.

We enjoyed a relaxing week in the very nice B&B, lovely garden and clear pool.|The service is excellent. |Breakfast gets severe to the apparent. |Within 30 minutes you can drive to Nice or Antibes.|In 25 minutes walking distance you reach the small town of Saint Paul de Vence with great restaurants, galleries…|Closer by you find some restaurant in La Colle-sur-Loup.

Béatrice gave my daughter and me a warm welcome at her gorgeous B&B. Our independent room felt like a mini bungalow at a private resort! She served us drinks when we arrived, offered up lounge chairs by the pool (we had a fabulous swim after a full day of sightseeing), recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner, and made sure we had any desired information about tourism in the area. Breakfast was delicious: pain au chocolat, fresh bread with 3 different jams, fresh fruit, tea, juice, yogurt and the best little homemade almond cake I've ever tasted. |I definitely plan to return to the Clos Saint Paul. My husband, 2-year-old son and I stayed in "La Petite Maison" for 9 days and enjoyed every single bit of it. ||First, we were welcomed us with something to drink and snack on, which made us feel at home from the get-go. Beatrice is the warmest and most proactive hostess we have ever met and, without impeding on our personal space, she was always there to help or advise whenever needed. She had great advice on restaurants, shopping outlets, sight-seeing options (including where to buy cheaper tickets for the museums), and even proximity services (e.g. mobile hairdresser, babysitter or masseuse, all tried and tested by the hostess). She brought fresh bread and pastries as well as fruit salads and home-baked cake every morning. She made sure the house was cleaned and checked if we had everything we needed every day. Overall, she made our trip so easy and comfortable.||For our little one, she brought toys and had a fence installed around the pool. In the garden, near the main house, there are a slide and a swing, adapted to his age, which he loved playing on. The whole time we would be at the Clos, our son was running around the garden and we felt it was very safe for him to do so. This was very important to us, since we live in the Middle East, where he has little opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.||The whole place is very relaxing and peaceful. The pool is naturally shaded by the big trees around it, there are a few lounge chairs in the concrete area by the pool (so in the shade) or in the grass (for those who want to enjoy the sun). The lush garden is well maintained and brings a variety of colours and fragrances. We had a fig tree near our room which gave us some delicious fruit.||Our little cottage had everything in a small but well organised space. Kitchen appliances included a big oven, a micro-wave oven, a real fridge (with a freezer on top), a cooking stove, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. Also we had a washing machine and clothes hanger. This gave us

First visit to South of France. Visited in low-season. Had trouble to find suitable hotels downtown, so decided to stay in the countryside. (Only 30-45 minutes by car to most attractions).||||Hotel has 4 rooms, off-road secure parking, and a large garden and outdoor swimming pool. Can easily imagine spending a week here during summer relaxing (with or without children).||||The room was large and clean with good WiFi and a tasty continental breakfast.||||The owners were warm and friendly. A good balance between being available with information, but not being too intrusive.||||A short 15 minute walk to the local village of La Colle-sur-Loup for restaurants. Many medieval villages nearby for exploration by car (e.g. St Paul de Vence, Gourdon, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Valbonne, and Grasse).

This wonderful place has received very good reviews from earlier visitors. We stayed for five nights in the two-room cottage on the property (there are also three single rooms available).||Beatrice, the proprietor, is a wonderful and welcoming host. Her breakfasts, delivered by her to the cabin at our preferred times, were delicious and plentiful.||The cabin itself is very well-equipped with a modern open kitchen, and a separate bedroom and W.C. with shower.||The cabin is situated at the far end of the spacious and very green garden, which offers as much privacy as anyone would need.||We are looking forward to returning.
