Great location beside a lake with beautiful walks on the door-step which was perfect as we were staying with our dogs. The hotel bathroom was maybe a little dated however clean and tidy with a hot & great pressure shower - what more do you need! Room was very quiet, very easily accessible and we loved being able to just pull up outside the door (ground floor) and unload our animals and kit straight into the room using the pre-issued key access, all very seamless. Would definitely use again 😊

Very disappointed with the service we received when it became apparent I’d booked a day early by mistake. The receptionist just said that the booking was non refundable and there was nothing she could do. It was a heatwave and I arrived 8 months pregnant with my 2 year old son and partner after a very long drive. The atmosphere of the hotel felt very unfriendly with dogs roaming in and out of rooms and kids cycling at great speed around the carpark nearly knocking over our little boy. We ended up losing our booking paid for and went next door to a hotel where they went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

I arrived and even though their was language communication problems the lady was very nice and helpful... Ty & I will be back.

Excellent budget B&B. We stayed for only 1 night on way through France to Spain. Room on the small side but it’s only for sleeping ! Bed very comfy for me as it’s very firm. You only get 1 pillow so bring your own if you like more. Bed spotlessly clean. Basic shower room with great shower and loads of hot water. Room very clean but basic. Stairs up to loft room are steep! No kettle but breakfast available on the ground floor. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. Lovely lake opposite and a couple of minutes to Le Mans circuit. Huge Super U supermarket 2 minutes away. Only about 5 mins from centre of town for eating etc. Overall excellent value for money if you want a basic stay in Le Mans. We paid 47€ for 3 adults & 1 child. Bargain!

This hotel is extremely disgusting!!! I came at 3 am. One star for the easy check-in. I booked a family room with my 3 kids. This hotel has no lift and 2 floors. It was horrible!! A room full of spiders and it smelled like a cigarette ashtray!!!!!I had to remove three spiders from the room and I was still not sure if I removed all of them. The floor was not properly cleaned. In the morning at 11 am, someone tried to come in even though check-out is on 12 pm and the not disturb note was placed on the door!!! I cannot recommend it at all!!

stayed in Le Mans for one night. Nice Hotel for a fair price and perfect for a stop-over while you are en-route. Booking a room online through the website of B&B Hotels turned out to be cheaper than booking the same room at the location itself. So check, it saved me nearly 8euro's for one night.

Good location, clean bedrooms. Enough for 1 or 2 nights.

Excellent value for money. Hotel has a pleasant lake opposite and is situated within a short drive of the race track. Very friendly staff, arrived at lunch time when reception was closed but very helpful male cleaner showed us how to use the computer to get the access codes. Room was serviced every day to a high standard. Highly recommend this hotel and will use again in the future.
