Whilst we can speak french it was very helpful that they can speak English as this meant they had international clients who were looking to buy, and when we needed to really understand the detail (ie the contracts stage) they could explain in English when needed. The sale from start of marketing to completion took @ 7 months and they remained helpful and friendly through this.
