GUILLET CEDRIC

We arrived here after having to sleep in the car with our 4 children, after a nightmare experience at another hotel. The manager welcomed us with open arms, we had nowhere else to go and he let us stay in the reception and took care of us. We sorted for a room to become available and it was lovely and clean, every single member of staff were friendly and helpful. Even though I speak very little French they were so patient with me when I was trying to ask for things. The swimming pool and play area are lovely. Our children had a wonderful time here. There are horse in the surrounding area and a supermarket and bakery nearby (walking distance) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room really dirty, I had to clean it before we could use anything. In a nice setting; town nearby, super market around the corner. The pool looked like it would be nice in the summer. A shame they didn't have the hot tub going as that is nice even in winter. The kids play area is acceptable but not much there.

Dirty cutlery and glasses from previous tenants. Floors not cleaned particularly well. The resort is very tired and in need of maintenance in the apartments. The linen provided was clean but the mattress covers were grubby. One major issue was that the restaurant was only serving muscles and chips, even though the menu outside reception showed various options over 3 courses. There was no mention of this at the time of booking. We booked through Airbnb, which stated free WiFi, however this is only in reception. There is an additional charge to use it in your room. One redeeming factor was that it is near Richelieu.

They have very bad service. I had to clean the apartment first. There was hair and dirt on the floor. full of flies. I could not open the window to let air into the house. We were given bed sheets but not pillowcases. We asked for it twice, but they told us that they didn't have it. However, there really weren't many people who didn't have a Polish mouth. I rate them very low

This hotel is wonderful and peaceful. I came with a group from Paris and we loved being in nature and in this lovely area. Personnel is very nice and helpful, food was good, rooms were very nice-newly renovated and fully equipped with a kitchen! I highly recommend

Very nice place to stay for ashort peruod while travelling through france. The room was clean, fresh towels, swimming pool looks clean too. Grocery store closeby (5 min walk).

Nice place to stay and visit the region, but the staff are awful, communication zero, discussion -1, just an example when we were checking out I told them to that it was dirty when I get in late at night, to the extent that I've found macaroni over the extra bed, and the answer was two phrases: Pas grave (no problem) Ce n'est pas 5 étoile (it's not five star here!!!) Never said sorry we missed that.. it was late we couldn't do everything... No just Pas grave

The service was not good. There were no fans to hire or rent when it was hot. Our room was infested with bugs on the first night. It was actually quite had to find because it is on such a small road. I would not come here again
