I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were excellent. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Aymeric. He was professional, attentive, and ensured that everything was perfectly arranged throughout our visit. His dedication truly enhanced our experience. Thank you for the excellent service – we would be happy to return.

The bathroom has no ventilation system and the bathroom floor is flooded after a shower even after taking extra caution with the use of the shower curtain. We were given towels to mop up ! No staff is available to help! The bathroom door right next to the bathtub shows sign of long term water damage. The hotel is not maintaining its property proactively.

We spent one night there, and my only thought was : This hotel is underrated. The hotel may seem outdated from the outlook, but it is mostly renovated internally. The room, the restaurant, and the lounge bar is modern and cozy. The SPA has some unique features that I feel like whoever design it has true hospitality spirit (e.g. a stand for people wearing glasses to deposit it before entering the sauna room). We had a dinner there as well, not fancy food but indeed tasty and worth the price. All staff that we met were friendly and helpful. This is the hotel that I will be back again in the future for sure.

Been here with my wife with our seven year old son to visit Strasbourg Christmas Market and stayed at this hotel, I’ve given four stars to the room as the equipment in the room wasn’t matching a four stars hotel. No fridge in the room, so therefore no drinks available in the room, no coffee machine, just a kettle and a few bags of tea and coffee. Cleaning of the room was done every day. Staff were really friendly and here I would like to say a big thanks to Anahit and Ivan from reception, who were very supportive and helpful! Very good location of the hotel, with easy access to tram services into Strasbourg city centre. Parking available in front of the hotel. Breakfast also good but with limited options, and is 18€/adult and 11€/ child which we paid it at the checkout. Spa area, was very clean and nice, the only downside was that after we got out of the pool, we felt very cold as the ambiental temperature was not high enough, price is 15€/adult, also paid at the checkout. Overall was a pleasant stay and we definitely recommend it to everyone!

Very kind staff, very good room and super quiet. Lot of spaces for parking, the SPA is not included in the accomodation which was not clear on the website

Really love this hotel, has gym, swimming pool, and optional spa. Rooms are spacious and comfy.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Dog friendly which is a great plus! Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had Christmas dinner at the restaurant and the food quality was excellent. The Spa facilities were brilliant. We found the beds to be average. The locality isn’t beautiful but it’s quiet and has good access to Strasbourg by tram which is a short walk away.

We’re traveling as a family but the 2 rooms they gave us were in 2 separate buildings, which made it very inconvenient for us. Rooms are clean but the bathrooms are small & run-down. The tiles & bath tub surface are chipped off. No complimentary bottled water & no refrigerator. No lotion & shower cap. Breakfast buffet was just average. Only 1 key card provided even if you’re staying in a triple room. If you need something, they’ll ask you to go get it from the reception, rather than bring it to your room, but if you insist, they’ll bring it anyway. So you need to ask for the service that you deserve.
