At first positive experience with the pool maintenance. Bought a top end robot which worked only 2 weeks. The following summer it was repaired and functional for a couple of days. According to Home Multiservice, the device was sent back to the manufacturer. Never seen again!!! The owner was happy to help clean the pool the season after (still under garantee) ... and sent the bill! Ghosting our calls, not replying to e-mails. A grand scam!
All you need for your pool. They also come out to build, service or repair pools etc. Great, and efficient work done for us when we needed a new winter bache fitted. Reliable expert service and super friendly. Highly recommended.
