We stayed at Hotel Saint Antoine as part of an Insight tour. We were extremely pleased with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well & everything was spotlessly clean but the very best part were the wonderful staff who went out of their way to help in every way. Carolyn & Jacob spoke perfect English & although the hotel only offers breakfast, there was a wide variety of restaurants an easy walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay.

Lovely furnishings. Judy wants to copy the curtains. Reception staff excellent. Bed good. Location excellent. However when you have tea bags, coffee etc then you expect to find a cup to make it in. Also when you get a cup the cleaner does not take it away and leave you back at square one. Owner was informed and we had a good laugh but really . .

We spent two enjoyable nights in this charming hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful - definitely ‘going the extra mile’ which was much appreciated. Brilliant location - just a short walk to Albi’s stunning Cathedral of Saint Cecilia.

This is a great family run hotel with great staff. We stayed 2?weeks in a junior suite at very reasonable rate. Room was very comfortable and well appointed and maintained. Breakfasts were very good and abundant. Loved location as very quiet with great garden yet very close to everything in the center. Stay here, it’s great.

Clean and well situated hotel close to the historic area of Albi. The room was small but quiet with everything we needed for our stay. We had breakfast in the room each day and the staff were always very friendly. Good internet too. Only critique was that the room decor felt a bit dated but this may have been the 'boutique' look.

We recently stayed for 3 nights in this hotel as part of a group of 20 people. It was clean and comfortable and away from the 'bright lights' and noise of the town centre yet within easy walking distance. This establishment, along with all others I suspect, is suffering from lack of staff. We had dinner provided on our first night only (probably due to late arrival) and that was 'catered in'...not gourmet food but quite edible. Reception was 'manned' in that there was someone in the office usually during the day, but after around 7 p.m. (and during a couple of hours mid-day) access into the hotel was through the 'night entrance', which was entered through a code provided with the key. The staff were extremely pleasant. Breakfast was basic. There was no bar but we could order wine/beer at dinner. We asked for 2 glasses of wine. The waitress poured around 70 ml into each glass and we assumed that the 'rest' of a 'normal' (175 ml) glass would be provided later. But no, and we were charged 4 euros each, dropped to 3 euros on complaining. This was the only poor service received and the accommodation was adequate for our needs. The town centre - of hugely signficant interest and containing many restaurants, cafes, bars and bistros - was a short walk away and there were shops and supermarkets close by. There is a pleasant sun room at the back of the foyer and a little garden.

We got a warm welcome and had good info re sites to visit in Alba as well as restaurant tips. The hotel has a great safe outdoor parking at the premises has a quiet location and beautiful common areas and our room with garden view was very nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good and weather permitting you can enjoy the pleasant garden.
