I purchased 60 refurbished hard drives from this seller. After selling them to a customer outside Europe, I was informed that 25 of the drives were defective. I immediately reported this issue to the supplier. However, due to the complex logistics of returning items from outside the EU, it took 3.5 months to return the faulty drives. Despite notifying the seller right after the issue was discovered and providing all necessary evidence, they refused to accept the return simply because more than 3 months had passed. This is extremely disappointing and shows a lack of responsibility and flexibility, especially given the circumstances and the fact that these were clearly defective products from the start. I cannot recommend this supplier due to poor after-sales service, lack of accountability but more important, to sell knowingly defective products as refurbished... I am very disappointed!
