DUVAL NICOLAS

We had a fantastic 9 nights at Nicolas Grand Suites from 5th to 14th May. We were met on our arrival by Stavros who made us feel incredibly welcome and felt at home immediately, the room 132 was fantastically appointed with incredible views of the mountains and sea. Every day the room was cleaned thoroughly and towels and bedding changed by Eva who was really polite and friendly. The buffet breakfast was well presented with lots to choose from, the waiter's Alex and Nicos were polite, friendly and helpful. All the reception staff Stavros. Alexandros and Paris were always very polite friendly and helpful too. The location was just right for us on the edge of the village however, with restaurants, bars and shops only a few minutes away. We had an absolutely splendid time and can't wait to book our next visit, we would highly recommend to anyone....

Leaving Kos tonight and sad to go. The hotel is lovely and spotlessly clean. The maids do a thorough clean of the rooms every day. All the staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. I had asked for extra hangers on my way to breakfast on the first morning and they were there when I got back to my room. The breakfast has a really good selection for it being a small hotel. You can walk to a small beach with a beach bar in 2 minutes and a short stroll to the busier bit. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the resort. We paid €100 to keep on the room as we had a late flight out although they do have facilities for showering etc. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.

We travelled withJet2 and were taken late to Nicolas Grand Suite, on the outskirts of the town, after a delayed flight but were welcomed with a smile,escorted to our suite on a night with the only storm we saw. The rest of our holiday was under a sunny sky along with the delightful and sunny personality of all of the staff who showed exceptional care of everyone of their guests. |The service given by all, including the housekeeping team, the kitchen staff and those working on reception was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them and we felt that we had chosen our holiday destination well.

Right from the welcome we were given from Stavros on late arrival to the send off we got from General Manager Thanis at the end of our holiday, everything was perfect for us.|Our wonderful bar man Milos who went out of his way to find a wine that suited my taste.|The reception staff were very knowledgeable and Paris with his sense of humour made us laugh out loud on many occasions. |Hotel is immaculate throughout and our room 122 had the most wonderful view of mountains and sea. Bedding and towels changed daily and rooms cleaned to a very high standard.|Food and staff at breakfast were very also of a high standard.|Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff. We can't wait to return.

Second time at this hotel. Very serene poolside. Staff are very attentive and cannot do enough for you. Complimentary bottle of wine is a nice touch. Location wise is brilliant, beach is 200 yards away and the square is 1/2 a mile away but plenty of bars on the way to the square.

High quality boutique style hotel. We stayed in a deluxe double with a sea (south) facing balcony which, staying in October, was a real bonus…we had sun all day. Excellent buffet breakfast. Super pool and sun beds… beautifully laid out and even in October was in full sun from 12 until 5. The pool bar provides reasonably priced drinks and lunch time light meals. We found the location perfect, just 200 yards from the sea front and the easy walk into the town centre. Above all, the staff were fantastic. The room was kept absolutely spotless, probably the best housekeeping service I have ever experienced. The friendly young reception/bar/breakfast team were spot on. Thank you for a wonderful holiday experience.

The hotel is well located for beaches and restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful and customer focussed. Alex and Alexandra were exceptional., they went over and above to ensure that we had all we needed and they made the best cocktails. Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday one to remember.

Had a lovely time staying at the hotel. It's at the quieter side of Kardamena but not far from the restaurants and bars. Rooms are spacious and well cleaned. Breakfast is the best with a great selection of fruits and a cooked selection that varied each day. All staff are friendly and go out of their way to help and speak to you. Lovely pool area with comfortable beds. Visited twice this year and booked already for next year.
