We've been there every morning since it opened. The service is terrible, truly awful. They're in a prime location and they're ruining it. The only thing that's improved since then is the coffee, which used to taste burnt, although some days it's still bad. But they don't even have a decent breakfast! Poorly made scrambled eggs with two triangles of sliced ​​bread! Toast (not whole wheat, not wholemeal, not with seeds, not sourdough). Dirty, disorganized plates. Is there anyone in charge coordinating this? Every employee is doing their own thing. They don't serve by area. It's unacceptable that the cooks have to come out and wait on tables. You order a coffee to go and they don't refill it, you ask for more milk and they don't refill it either. You go with friends, and without knowing the price of each item on the order, the waiter suggests one person pay and the others send the payment via Bizum. Where have you ever seen something like that? How rude! The service is completely unprofessional. The layout is poor; the bar and hallway are too narrow. They should have put tables upstairs (the ground floor is ugly, with no natural light and no cell phone reception). Is this a Paul restaurant or a franchise?

I was very excited for Paul Opening, i tried croissant, pain au chocolat and a jamon bocadilo (because its very limited choice of food compared to other Paul worldwide). Service was friendly but the taste of viennoiseries and bread…

Worst Paul I have been too. I travel a lot and I like Paul’s menu big was surprised the place is not clean and the onion soup is modified and they don’t serve the welcoming bread and butter for free.

We had a really good meal and Adriana was amazing, super attentive and always checking in on us, we will come back for sure!
