We as a company work alongside Greenshields as a haulage partner. The service we get from them in regards site details and information for delivery of new and used equipment is always on point. Mostly due to Sarah Mold and the team her attention to detail to insure customers satisfaction, is second to none Also the other team members on the service side are just the same All in all it’s a pleasure working with and on behalf of Greenshields JCB all depots.

I have just spoke to a chap called Luke who has talked me through how to use and analyse the telemetry data we receive for the company I work for. This is completely new to me and he was very patient, clear and helpful. He also made suggestions on how to improve the data I was using. I can't rate him highly enough.

Absolutely con £27.00 for an isolator key for a telehandler 😂 .that's what JCB charge they said .oh and there machines are very unreliable I should know I've driven them for 20 years .stick with a merlot or manitou 😂

I have been dealing with Greenshields And Codie in particular for around 4 years now and I can not find a fault the service provided. No matter what I need all I have to do is send one email and They go to the ends of the earth to do whatever they can to resolve the problem. Codie in particular will always go above and beyond normal service to make sure we get what ever we need down here at PDMR. So thank you Codie and Greenshields for all your help over the last few years.

Bought digger 8008 last year, withing one year we had issue with couplings, machine is not even get to 200 hours use, (first service should be at 500h) and only after few months, Greenshields start sending invoices claiming these parts are not under warranty. at the time for sales, they were very nice, change us extra money for extended warranty, but they started charging us for each failure after few months. very poor service not reliable at all. only nice at the sales time. Don’t buy their extended warranty, if machine fails even in few months they will find excuse to charge you.

I agree with Heli Pilot. Terrible at communication and helping with their unworkable products. Wish I could leave a 0 star. When will these big companies realise customer service is vital.
