I have already paid in advance for work they promised. As of yet they have neither responded nor even made an appointment to fix items which are causing damage to my wood floors. Remember. They have already demanded and received payment in advance. This process has lasted over a month. The worst part about the service is that there is no effort to communicate. I have many examples of emails gone unanswered about simple things such as attempts to pay them. Alexandra has particularly been unhelpful. Her particular skill is agreeing to do something, then ignoring completely any agreement she has verbally made. Then ignoring the email she requested, then feigning ignorance when asked why she didn’t send the email she promised. I’ve seen many responses from the company claiming ‘we listen to our customers’. I expect this false claim again and is why I know how false that claim is. They will claim many things. I have both photographic and email examples of why their claims will be false. As of now I have only asked one thing. That they perform the work they have already been paid for.
