Huge diy shop with very good prices. Check out their website. Parking available but can get very full.
Visited Sunday. Check stock, 6 items in stock. 😀. When I arrived I asked for help to find the item in store. Young employee couldn’t find them. I Asked the manager to help. Couldn’t be bothered. He preferred to continue chatting to an employee rather than go to the trouble of finding the item. Lazy. Unmoved that I had driven so far and needed the items. He shrugged his shoulder and said sorry. Shameful service. Incompetent and shameless. I’ll stick to my local depot ‘Saintes’ they are great.
Cheap prices, huge stock and options. Staff not so happy to work on the place, 3x I went to ask things and they are little bit lost or answer being rude. But I also had luck with the guard that stay in the door really nice guy that help me and another staff in the shop that answer my question not being rude.
