When you have an injury in a foreign country you could not hope for better service than my wife received here. Staff were all polite, friendly, helpfully, patient and spoke English. We are always grateful when travelling, that people have made the effort to learn a second language to be able to help visitors. TBH the English speaking of the staff was much better than we would likely encounter in an Australia Hospital! Lisa had a doctor's consult, X-rays and a prescription very quickly and much better than is typical in my home country. To all the staff we interacted with, thank you, merci, I hope all your patients can be polite and understand to make your difficult job easier.

1.0 Dharma

Genuinely the saddest most pathetic excuse of a hospital I have ever encountered. I cannot fathom that anyone here has any training in medicine. I’ve been here three times in the past 48 hours. Avoid this place at all costs. Waiting room is filled with humongous dead bugs and is extremely unsanitary. From the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors, everyone is incompetent and on top of that, besides one doctor and one nurse, — the most rude people I have ever interacted with. Nurses will sit there, laugh at you, and leave you unattended for hours at a time while sitting and doing nothing but chatting. Doctors give contradicting diagnoses and claimed my bacterial pneumonia that I infected 7 other people with was “most definitely not contagious.” Serious attitude problems and a serious deficit in competency, kindness, and ability. Zero attempt at communication whatsoever. No explanation for what they were doing or why. You will be treated like less than a human and more of an inconvenience. Nurse opened my bag and rummaged through it without my consent. Without speaking to me once she moved me to a dark room to share with a wheezing unconscious woman and closed the doors while I have an autoimmune disorder and have pneumonia and bronchitis. When I came out and questioned why I was moved and expressed my discomfort I was laughed at. The room I was previously in was also still vacant. Hallways are lined with debilitatingly ill people writhing and moaning in pain whilst a plethora of rooms are OPEN AND VACANT. Do better. Do your jobs. Do not pursue medicine if it causes you to take your misery out on patients. Please do NOT come here.

I had to have my mother take an ambulance for my grandmother, and take her all the way home to turin, italy. for the incompetence of the team of this hospital in the care section. They gave oxygen to my grandma even without hydratation and she had bruises all over her nose. the nurses didnt care of waking up in the evening in time to give the antibiotics in time to my grandmother. we literally saved her by taking her out of this hospital. And to add that as EU citizens, she had to pay 200€ a day to be "treated" here. Staff members should be thought how to be cordial and should also be thought that they are providing a service and learn communication skills. Turns out that my grandmother, with proper care, was dismissed from the hospital in italy the next day. It seems also that locals (as we are) dont seem to trust this hospital and rather be treated in Monaco, as they are more professional.

Receptionist was the rudest unprofessional person I have met Nursing staff shouting in front of relatives. Inappropriate behaviour. For a urgent care

Very unprofessional, my friend had a problem with his skin and we went to see a dermatologist and when they saw the problem they denied to even help us, would not recommend at all

Accueil, prise en charge, soin, propreté globale, tout est parfait. Service ambulatoire gastro, bienveillance, gentillesse, sourire, un grand merci à tous et précisément Dr Peroux, Lucia anesthésiste, Yolaine infirmière anesthésiste , Isabelle aide soignante, Isabelle salle de réveil, Gaëtan brancardier, infirmière à l’arrivée, infirmière pose de cathéter. Prenez soin de vous 🩷 Le plus en video le salon zen pour attendre notre accompagnant 🙏

J'ai subi une intervention chirurgicale en décembre 2025, à la Palmosa, et je suis très satisfaite : - de mon chirurgien, Dr Guillez, de ma gynécologue, Dr Bouali, de toute l'équipe médicale, de l'accueil aux soins, du service IRM. J'ai été prise en charge, soignée par une équipe formidable, du début à la fin. Ils se sont même occupés de l'organisation des soins à domicile lors du retour à la maison. Je suis ravie et recommande cet établissement de qualité ainsi que l'ensemble du personnel, qui est au top. Un grand merci.
