Very clean hotel. Modern updated, walk-in shower. Very good service. Right across the street from the train station, which is a great location. Good walk to downtown. Easy walk to car rental return. The breakfast was not as good as other hotels we had stayed at. And the dinner wasn’t very good either. Had the wok dinner. The beer and wine prices were decent.

Stayed here with my partner for three nights around New Year. We flew into Basel Airport and then got the train up to Mulhouse, which takes around 25 minutes. The hotel is located directly across from the main station entrance, so within 5 minutes we were at reception. We arrived around midday so were too early to check-in, so they tagged our bags and we were able to do so once we returned back later in the day. For some reason they only thought the room was one for person, but they checked us both in without problem.||We were given one of their Privilege rooms which was located on the fourth floor. This meant we got additional benefits including a Nespreso machine, complimentary soft drinks provided in the fridge and chocolate coated pretzels (a local speciality). There was also a robe and slippers provided for one person only, following on from the earlier confusion at reception. I had to double check the booking to make sure, I had not made an error, and it clearly stated two people, so no idea why their system said otherwise.||The room was a good size and overlooked the Square du General de Gaulle and the main station. It was well decorated and clean, and whilst it had a good amount of hanging space for clothes, it did not offer any drawer space for smaller items. In addition to the Nespresso machine and fridge there was a kettle with tea and coffee provided, a safe and a high spec TV which offered a wide range of local and international channels. The bathroom was also in excellent condition, with a powerful shower and new towels provided daily.||We had breakfast each day in the restaurant-bar and were generally pleased with what was offered. There was a wide range of hot and cold items, as well a high-quality coffee machine. For the first two days of our stay it appeared there were not many guests in the hotel so it was quite quiet at breakfast, however a large party had arrived on New Years Eve so the next day it was difficult to find a space to sit

A very clean room and bathroom. Exceptionally so. Service was friendly and efficient. Honestly a great stay. The dinner was terrible though. I would not recommend eating at the hotel resto. Try elsewhere. The veal Milanese was tasteless. The fries were mushy frozen air-fried blandness and not even cooked well. The “salad” was lettuce. That’s it. No seasoning. It’s like this place is allergic to any form of seasoning despite serving the food with lemon. So I highly recommend for the stay but not the restaurant food.

Hôtel Mercure Mulhouse Centre offers a decent and clean stay overall. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location is a big plus—very close to the train station, with easy access to tram and bus stops. Breakfast was average and nothing particularly memorable. Noise from a nearby room was noticeable, which affected the overall comfort. A reasonable option for a short stay, especially for its convenience.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Mercure Mulhouse. The location is extremely central, which made it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the in-room tea and coffee facilities, as well as the thoughtful complimentary items. It was also a great plus to have slippers provided in the room, along with amenities such as a vanity kit and a dental kit — small details that make the stay much more comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience, and if I visit Mulhouse again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

I have sent this hotel 4 messages via Hotelscom regarding my booking and 4 separate emails. They haven’t replied to a single one. Hotels.com have also contacted them by telephone on my behalf, were told to send and email, and have also got nowhere. An utterly appalling hotel. I absolutely do not recommend.

Specious, nice location and friendly service. However, the breakfast wasn’t that attractive and the rooms on the third floor definitely need urgent renovation, they were very depressing. I heard that the ones on the first floor was renovated.

Great friendly service, convenient location from the train station and city centre. My only complaint is the room was warm even in October and I couldn't figure out how to adjust even with help from staff.
